Amount debited twice

I tried to book ticket from Chennai to Nagercoil for Rs.750 twice on October 20th 2022 but my money got debited twice and the ticket was not booked. It is showing error....

Amount debited ticket status not confirmed

Address:No-1, Kasilingam Street, Ayyapanagar, Ayappakkam

I have booked 12 tickets from chennai to Puducherry today. Ticket booked on Nov 11 morning 7.45 am bus. The amount has been debitted but the ticket status is not generated. I have checked multiple times in tnstc app....

Payment successful but ticket not confirmed -reg

I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 20-Oct-2022. The timing for the bus for departing is at 13.00 IST. I have booked 2 tickets and the payment was completed successfully using UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation regarding the ticket. It was showing the payment processing page for about 20 minutes and then the app closed unfortunately.

Forcefully Issue of Ticket to school Student

My Son was Travelling back from School on route number 382A from Pammam to Nagaercoil in TNSTC Bus registration Number TN37 N1893 @ 4pm on 19/10/2022. Conductor forcefully issued ticket to TOW students travelling in the bus instead of being in school uniform and having the ID card.
Also he made a phone call and acted roughly with the kids. The person speaking from other side threatened to snatch the ID card. Since they are studying...

Sound in radio

Address:Madurai to Tirunelveli

Ya.hai.
This is Magesh,
I started my journey from Madurai to tirunelveli on 19th October mrng 3.50am from Madurai.
While coming, in the bus there is heavy sound in radio for songs.
Iam unable to sleep and not comfortable.
I informed them but they told go back and sir.
Pls do a favor..

Requesting ticket refund for not booked tickets

On 18/10/2022, I tried to book 3 tickets from Chennai to Trichy in SETC. Amount Rs.1170 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. It displays an error code 0002.Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible....

Hello tn transport, I have been travelling in Tamilnadu Government bus I asked to Chrompet ticket from Villupuram but conductor has directly charging to Chennai(Koyambedu) he told me we only charge for Koyambedu even my father also a retired Government employee In Villupuram Depot kindly solve this kind of fraud things…and also my neighbour has asked to Airport that means bus stopping will be Tirusulam stopping but that guy also have been...

I had travelled in TNSTC bus from trichy to villupuram by 11pm. The conductor had collected a luggage ticket for a 10 kgs of bag. As per tnstc bus rules, one person can lift a weight of 20kgs.But they had collected a luggage ticket. I will upload a ticket they had provided....
