On 25/10/22 i've tried to book a ticket .Amount (Rs.505) was debited from my account but ticket was not booked.kindly look into my issue and refund the amount ASAP.

    The buses of tnstc and private bus from Cuddalore didn't stop at KANNIAKOIL Puducherry when there is passengers awaiting for 1 hour to go for Puducherry. Please take necessary action to stop at KANNIAKOIL Puducherry

      There are no regular buses coming from Avadi to Koyambedu for a month. So there is overcrowding and students are foot boarding leads to halt in various places for clearing the crowd in buses. There are also quarrels happen among students, employees and conductor. Due to the huge crowd, some faint due to lack of air. Please send more buses from Avadi to Koyambedu at 8:00 am to 9:00 am in weekdays to avoid those difficulties.

        Today 29.10.22 Natham rack bus not running from 8.10 am to 8.30 am morning. Many govt staffs are facing this issues to reach the office proper timing. Time keeper couldn't answer properly. And 8.35 natham dippo bus is very poor seating. 8.17 am Devakottai bus and 8.25 karaikudi bus not running.

          My name is kavin and I had booked a bus ticket on 28th September 2022 via tnstc app from Salem to Chennai. Ticket amount is 385/ rs. Problem is ticket was not booked and the money has been debited from my account. Kindly refer the booking ID or refference number as i got at that time of booking is OB18878781.             I will book TNSTC bus ticket in online portal 11/09/2022. But my Amount Rs. 540 was Debited in my account and not received in ticket. i will contact TNSTC customer care but no use and full time bust this server. Already a month passed. Plz request you to refund this amount quickly.

              I did UPI transaction while booking setc ticket for bus(tripno: 1900SRVCHE). It's payment got successful, Rs.595 - amount deducted. But ticket not yet generated. Please do an amount refund as soon as possible.

                    I am very unhappy to inform that (without reservation) bus services from Chidambaram to Tirupati not concerned about ladies wash room requirements at all in 8-9 hrs of long journey. Bus intermediate stop points have an open defication area only. We have failed to ensure the very basic needs of our Mothers /Sisters. Is this the sustainable development of our country ? Is this how we are claiming a developing country ? .

                    My sincere request is to stop the buses at intermediate stops where ladies wash rooms are available. If required please construct ladies wash rooms at regular points and construction cost of same may be recovered from passengers travel fare. This is the need of an hour, A strict implementation of the same by forming a committee is highly appreciated. Further an obligation may be introduced for all bus services and compliance of the same may be recorded with the latest technology.

                      This is sankar, i travelled 28/10/2022, actually my destination is chengam near to thiruvannamali, so i get on bus thiruvannamali to Salem bus but the conductor is behaviour is very rude and he is telling not stopping in the chengam and then who is chengam
                      Please get out on the bus, so many peoples are affected, so please take a action immediately and also many peoples are waiting morning 12 am to 1.30 am approximately one and half hour so please take a action immediately.thankyou

                        On 27/10/22, 7:00 pm I had tried to book bus ticket from trichy to chennai for the next day travel. After successfull transaction of 505₹, I had not received any confirmation message from tnstc. After verifying my tnstc profile, I come to know that there is no history of any ticket booking. I had attached my transaction receipt of payment. If applicable, allot me the respective seat Or refund the transacted amount. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                          We boarded a TNSTC bus from Puducherry to Chennai AC188, bus no. TN25N0738 on 22nd October 2022 around 11.30 PM. We asked the conductor specifically if the bus will travel till Koyambedu bus stand and the conductor replied yes. After boarding he said we have to pay Half ticket per baggage (we were carrying two baggages with us) which amounts to one full ticket fare. We asked the passengers and they said that no fare is charged for baggages. We asked the TNSTC booth situated at the Puducherry New Bus stand and even they confirmed that no charges are there for baggages. However the conductor adamantly asked us to pay the baggage fare. We called up the helpline, they mentioned that the conductor must give a slip for charging for baggages. We paid fare for 3 people in total. At around 2AM i.e on 23rd October 2022, the bus halted at KK Nagar bus depo stating it will not go further. We were shocked and so were the passengers. The distance between KK Nagar bus depot to Koyambedu is close to or more than 6kms. When we asked how to travel to Koyambedu they showed us a traffic signal more than 300m away. I asked the conductor if there will be any connecting bus from the depot he said no. I also asked if we board another bus do we have to pay any fare separately since our bus ticket was valid till koyambedu, he said no. However at 2.30 AM in the morning when we boarded another bus we had to pay fare again.
                          We are not locals from Tamil Nadu but had travelled from Mumbai to visit the city, we may have complaints but other bus commuters were also complaining against the bus conducter calling him "mental".
                          I would like to know if half ticket can be charged for baggages.There is nothing mentioned in the TNSTC handbook.
                          Also, I want strict action to be taken against the conductor since his behaviour was fradulent and his very nature was to harass people.I am attaching the tickets for your reference.

                            TNSTC- Failed transaction, Amount debited but ticket not booked

                            On 13/09/2022 I tried to book 3 tickets from Nagercoil to Hosur in SETC. I choose UPI as my payment option and scanned the QR code to make payment. Ticket Amount Rs.2130 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB18637043. Still now I didn't get refund.                             I tried to book ticket on 28/09/2022 for journey date 29/09/2022 from Bangalore to paramakudi 1810BANRAM route code 885UD seat number 24W, amount 685, UPI transaction code[protected], amount deducted but ticket not booked.. I have raised complaint on oct 4 they marked as resolved but till now response is there and amount is not refunded. kindly resolve the issue..

                              Please provide additional Bus available in 82c(Chengalpattu to Thiruvallur)..Daily 100s of people struggle to go work in between areas.and much more people are travelling with unsafe conditions hanging and travel in steps . Please do the needful..

                                I started my journey from ottanchatiram Dindugal district to coimbatore in TNSTC my bus got purchased after 15 to 20 from my boarding i have already got my ticket as a fair of 95. After that my conductor stoped another bus to take all the passengers who was waiting in nowhere but the other conductor refused to pick the passanger s stating that we are not same depo. There are many women standing there i have boarded the bus and got ticket again for 80 rupees .This looks total unfair . kindly do needful

                                      I booked a ticket from Hosur to Dindigul on 25th October 2022 in SETC bus:2130BANDIN. The payment was done through google pay whose transaction details i have attached below. Then the booking redirecred payment loading page but due to some internal server error the page did not load and showed as webpage error but the money was debited from my bank account . After this i did not receive neither any recredit of amount nor any details of my ticket booking .
