    Hi I have booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Thanjavur for 07/08/2022, trip code of bus is 1930KAKVEA . I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP. Thanks

      Respected sir or madam
      I am here to raise my concern against the rude behaviour of the driver and the conductor in not responding about the reaching time to the destination the bus is an express bye pass rider but the halts at every station the driver wants the time from Coimbatore to erode is only 1 hr 45 mins and 2 hours to the maximum. But this bus started by 6.45 from Coimbatore bus stand and now at present the time is 9.30 till now the bus has not reached erode. The driver response to this was that he was asked to drive in the same manner and this bus won't go faster if the passenger needs to travel fast in that case they should hire a separate vehicle the bus number is 3306. I need a justification about the time taken to travel from Coimbatore to erode.

        Sir actually I am from kerala but now I'm a resident of salem.TNSTC bus are not stopping in the GODOWN BUS STOP salem. Today from morning I have shown hands for 3 busses, but no bus stopped in the busstop, busses are also with only few passengers. Drivers are very lazy. They are not seeing common man's problem. Today I went through Rapido bike and given 50 rupees for that, actually if I got the bus then the bus fare will be only Rs.7/-. I'm from a average family how come I meet these extra expenses?? Most people are below average, mostly they are using this TNSTC then how common people can believe in the govt. Mothers with children, students, labour's I have seen all people showing hands for the bus, but the drivers don't care about this.There is a lady with small flower shop sitting in that godown bus stop if you need evidence you can ask that lady. I am forwarding one mail to the respected Honable chief Minister also.please take appropriate action aganist this.

            TNSTC Anthiyur to Coimbatore bus travels via Gobichettipalayam, Nambiyur and Avinashi. The bus starts in Gobichettipalayam every day at 7:25 a.m. There are two buses which comes randomly day by day. Buses are in Green colour. The bus has a name செல்லப்பிள்ளை and ஜில்லு in the front. The bus goes normally. But once the bus reaches Neelambur and afterwards the conductor was shouted always saying 'Hurry up to get out of the bus there is no time' once bus stop reaches. The main issue is 'Bus is not stopped at the bus stop' . The passengers are get out of the bus while bus is running. They even stop the bus. They said they don't have time. This is very bad. The bus has enough time. They drives slowly (Good thing) but when comes to bus stop. They drive fastly. Some passenger are complained but no steps taken. This happen in Neelambur to Lakshmi mills. They said 'Do whatever you want'. I don't saw the bus name at the time. After I gathered the information and investigated who are all facing the problem.

              I tried booking a seat from namakkal to chennai. I completed my transaction by UPI payment and the amount was deducted but booking a seat was not allotted if recheck show me failed. Transaction ref no. OB18117830

              I used the TNSTC mobile app and tried booking a ticket to CBE from BLR.
              I had completed my transaction and my amount had been deducted from my account.
              But, my seat had not been booked.

                I booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore on 05/08/2022 via tnstc app. The bus timing i booked was 21:15. Itself mentioned 2115checoi.

                The complaint is, the money 560 was debited my account but yet to receive the ticket confirmation, either on sms nor on mail.

                Kindly resolve my issue

                              Cri 1451 bus m52 from pozhichalur to guduvancheery. This number was written in bus back.Even many people's standing and waveing hands but the bus didn't stop. How rude behaviour must take action against it. We even ran back to stop the bus. The bus didn't stopped. Bus timings 11.50.It came 11.50 in krishnanagar side. Take a strict action against the both driver and conductor.

                                19 and 19 series has lot of service but there is no proper timings between the ses. Either all the bus come at the same time (5 buses at the same time) Or neither comes. Though lot of services there for these buses, neither of bus arrived for a gap of 45 mins. Requesting to take necessary action for maintaining time for this bus route.

                                    Sir, I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the drivers and the bus conductors with the women passengers since we're not charged with the fee for ticket. So they're not waiting for women in every stop, even if we say them to stop, they're just taking off the bus.

                                    This happens mainly in the 6A bus which runs from Thoothukudi to kulayankarisal .

                                    If we get down in any stop, they're so rude and they're shouting at us to get down mentioning that they can't wait for those who take free ticket and travel for free.

                                    They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.

                                    This situation forces me to wait for more than an hour and many other travellers to either take the congested private bus and stand all the way in a miserable condition or wait for the next bus. I believe if this keeps happening, it would reduce people's trust in your service.
                                    Kindly take action regarding this, this is my kind request

                                      Incident dated 29/07/2022, I was hit and run by a TNSTC bus while I was returning back to home from my office. Place of incident is at Ashok pillar traffic light junction, time of incident 5:10 pm. TNSTC bus no. TN32/N 4353 bound from Chennai - Chidambaram the driver was driving dangerously changing lanes without signalling and driving very close to other vehicles inspite of honking to warn the driver, he kept driving dangerously causing damage to my car and didn’t stop after the accident. After few metres I blocked the bus and asked the driver to get down to address the issue but the driver didn’t respond properly and kept saying he didn’t cause the accident and I was lying. Considering the passengers inside the bus I asked them to give their details and leave but the driver threatened me by saying do whatever you want I won’t give my details and kept driving the bus without stopping. This is unacceptable the way the bus driver threatens after doing a mistake shows that the bus drivers don’t fear their superior officers or the authority. I want the authority to take necessary disciplinary actions against the driver and also do the compensation for the damages caused.
