19 and 19 series has lot of service but there is no proper timings between the ses. Either all the bus come at the same time (5 buses at the same time) Or neither comes. Though lot of services there for these buses, neither of bus arrived for a gap of 45 mins. Requesting to take necessary action for maintaining time for this bus route.

    I booked a ticket from coimbatore to banglore on august 9th in TNSTC.. tripcode 0090COIBAN seat number 12w.. made payment Rs520.. after payment done it shows error occurred..but money is debited from bank .. please repay amount ..I can book again ..

    I have booked bus ticket using tnstc mobile app. After payment using gpay upid, the page us loading for about 45 minutes. Kindly help me resolve the problem.
    Today morning I Booked 2 ticket from Chennai to trichy on October 21. I am done with payment but haven't received any message regarding the booking.

      Sir, I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the drivers and the bus conductors with the women passengers since we're not charged with the fee for ticket. So they're not waiting for women in every stop, even if we say them to stop, they're just taking off the bus.

      This happens mainly in the 6A bus which runs from Thoothukudi to kulayankarisal .

      If we get down in any stop, they're so rude and they're shouting at us to get down mentioning that they can't wait for those who take free ticket and travel for free.

      They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.

      This situation forces me to wait for more than an hour and many other travellers to either take the congested private bus and stand all the way in a miserable condition or wait for the next bus. I believe if this keeps happening, it would reduce people's trust in your service.
      Kindly take action regarding this, this is my kind request

        Incident dated 29/07/2022, I was hit and run by a TNSTC bus while I was returning back to home from my office. Place of incident is at Ashok pillar traffic light junction, time of incident 5:10 pm. TNSTC bus no. TN32/N 4353 bound from Chennai - Chidambaram the driver was driving dangerously changing lanes without signalling and driving very close to other vehicles inspite of honking to warn the driver, he kept driving dangerously causing damage to my car and didn’t stop after the accident. After few metres I blocked the bus and asked the driver to get down to address the issue but the driver didn’t respond properly and kept saying he didn’t cause the accident and I was lying. Considering the passengers inside the bus I asked them to give their details and leave but the driver threatened me by saying do whatever you want I won’t give my details and kept driving the bus without stopping. This is unacceptable the way the bus driver threatens after doing a mistake shows that the bus drivers don’t fear their superior officers or the authority. I want the authority to take necessary disciplinary actions against the driver and also do the compensation for the damages caused.

          Hi Sir/Mam

          We are at bus stop. We were waiting for bus for about 15 minutes. Bus Number 16J (TN-01 ) ( AN - 1597) ANJ0873 at Time 10.40 after seeing women's (me and my sister) driver just closed the door of the bus and moved. We need proper support and respect from the Government. As Government Said, white boards are free for ladies, drivers and conductors are fully irrespective to ladies keep on doing these activities.Make this complaint and ask driver to apologize us.thank you for spending time on my complaint.Take ACTION ON THESE PEOPLE.

                On 1st of Aug 2022 there is no buses from gingee to Villupuram on 2.30 am to until 4am.

                  Today I have Boarded on a bus from Chengalpattu. 122 Thiruvannamalai to Chennai Bus. TN 21 N 1442. I asked for perungalathur ticket costs 30 rupees from Chengalpattu. Instead of that they have Porur ticket of 38 Rupees. Perungalathur is an important stage. Y they are giving Porur ticket. Such an ridiculous one

                    Not collecting 10 Rs Coins

                    I got into Vehicle # TN38N3541 and I asked for a bus ticket from Kmch hospital to Peelamedu and it is 15Rs.
                    I gave 1 10rs Note and 10 Rs Coin, but conductor returned Coin and said we are not accepting, in Coimbatore if Government person itself not accepting means where will they accept, kindly take action against this and I am travelling in bus right away on 30th July 2022. I didn't try to take any discussion with conductor as it won't...

                    I was in the process of booking my bus ticket vis TNSTC app. The required fare amount was deducted from my bank account. But the ticket was not booked. The journey date is on Aug 1, 2022 and the journey timing is 22:15. Kindly resolve the issue.

                        TN-68-N-1056, this bus not wait at old bus stand for passengers including me and 6 members, 2 aged ladies are not able to pick this bus, because of this bus conductor urgency, he not stopped more than 2 second, 2 aged ladies tried to catch this bus but not failed, because we wait more than 2 hours in Old bus stand, this is onlyone bus to Thiruthuraipoondi on time between 3. 00 am to 4.30 am, we totally disappointed on that conductor misactivity and his urgency, evenafter he asked me for additional charges more than ticket amount, i asked his about to know his name to register complain but he not tell, So please keep action on that disobedient BUS CONDUCTOR, (more details : i caught that bus at 4.25 am and this bus droped me in Thiruthuraipoondi at 5.05 am ) please take action on that Bus Conductor

                          I registerd this complaint 2nd time, From responce to My 1st complaint against this same problem, Bus available for Thiruthuraipoondi passengers only for one week only, (Eventhough that Bus conductor depart from Thiruvarur Railway station stop on before 3.05 am, How this is possible to catch this bus for Kamban train passengers like aged people etc, people need atleast 10 minutes to leave from railway station after train reaches, On sharply 3.00 am, The Train Kamban (16175) reaches Thiruvarur, Thiruthuraipoondi native bus passengers travelled in that train faces strugle again and again, because there is no Bus available for this passengers, so they wait for bus more than 1.5 hours in Thiruvarur old bus stand, Many Travellers, College students, Aged people, Ladies are also faces this strugle on that rare time, Between the time of 3AM TO 3.50 AM, there are 5 bus available for Velankanni, But NO BUS AVAILABLE FOR THIRUTHURAIPOONDI PASSENGERS, So we need BUS on 3.15 AM Sharply (or 3.30am) to Pick up Thiruthuraipoondi passengers at THIRUVARUR (OLD BUS STAND), Now Time is 4.15am iam also the passenger on that train, still no bus came to pickup Thiruthuraipoondi passengers, So Government need to notice this people problem, Jai Hind

                          Bus arraived only at 4 am, But we requested one bus between the timing of 3.15 to 3.30am at Thiruvarur old Stand, Thanks to take steps to resolve people suggestion, kindly help us by prefix this timing as we suggested above, Thank You

                          Bus conductors and Drivers are kept notice only Mannai Express train timing, and then depart bus at old bus stand after this train reached to thiruvarur only aroung 4.00 am or after 4.00 am, But our complaint is to notice also the Karaikal express (kamban express) train reaching Thiruvarur at 3.00am, so only we suggest seperate bus at 3.15 am (From thiruvarur old bus stand to Thiruthuraipoondi ), Thank you

                          No action taken for this huge people request statement from TNSTC side, we are still waiting 1 hour from train arraived to catch Thiruthuraipoondi bus from Thiruvarur old bus stand, Government no take any action, it disapponting us, still no bus arraived in TVR OLD BUS STAND

                            Hii, I am Nirmal from Kumbakonam, I booked a bus from Kumbakonam to Chennai on 28/08/2022 through Redbus.
                            The bus was departed before the boarding time without contacting me. The bus operators also not provided the vehicle details.

                              Sir, Today morning 28.7.2022 around 4 am I came to Othakudarai bus stop for purpose of going to erode. From 4 am to 5.20 am three busses are crossed othakudarai bus stop, bust three busses are Point to Point. No busses will not stop here. Finally I got a bus around 5.25 am. We are around 20 persons are waiting at othakudurai bus stor more than an hour. My suggestion is atleast convert a Point to Point to Normal bus in this time or convert all Point to Point busses are normal bust up to 6 am. Please do the needful. Thanking You.

                                Today morning I came from office and for in to the bus and. Sat in the front seat and the conducter dis not come and give the ticket i was waiting and then when he came front i asked for a ticket then he started soulting at me front of all the passengers and I told him to you come and ask its your job he started fighting please bus number kuj 1829 bus 88k from nandampakkam to Broadway 27th morning 5am bus.

                                Conducter was wearing blue shirt.
                                Driver was baled. So please take the necessary action of these employees his superiors in how to behave with the public.

                                      I would be travel every day to nagercoil by govt bus. 2c bus which would have to come for nagercoil via Agasteeswaram often not come. This causes severe inconvenience to me as well as several people.
