    I travel Tiruvannamalai to melmaruvathur via chennai bus not even a single conductor allow us to entry the bus after asking the stop the name, I don't know why they are doing this, then I asked them they replied we have to handle our higher officer so we don't boughter about this town stops and also they tell their reply by harsh words it's not good to be a passanger to take this, so please take a action for this complaint.

        Yesterday I got in to the bus from verkilambi vide route no332. Driver kept an audio system in front of him with high volume. I had requested the driver to reduce the volume. He was so hesitant and abused and asked me to get down from the bus. After few minutes later the conductor came to give tickets to other passengers. I made the same request to him also. The driver again got annoyed and stopped the bus in between to drop me from the bus. In the meantime the conductor along with one male passenger started verbal abuse and the male passenger beaten me and tried to push me down from the bus along with the help of conductor. I got scared and got down middle of my journey.
        In kanyakumari district this is common incident that the misbehavior of driver and conductor with female passenger.
        I request the authorities to take immediate action against the errontant staffs.
        I am filing this complaint to provide me compensation for the mental agony I had gone through this situation

          On june 1, 2022 I have booked two tickets from chennai to vedaranyam for Rs.840 both, total 1680. Both of the two times the amount got debited but ticket status shows failed. I waited 15 days for refund but it is not getting refunded. Kindly check and proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

            I'm a person live from Ramanujamputhur village Srivaikundam (Taluk), Tuticorin (Dist).During Afternoon time we have a bus service from kattabomman nagar depot in 1.15pm from tirunelveli city to my Ramanujamputhur village Reach in 2.45 pm.when Our ChiefMinister Mr.Stalin sir announces the Free bus Journey for Ladies Scheme from onwards afternoon time bus services is properly not available for my village.Most of my village ladies and gents students studing in college near palayamkottai.Afternoon bus services is most useful for the students.Nowadays students and peoples are more suffered due to the bus services is properly not available to my village.So kindly accept my complaint and take a proper action from the depot for retrieve the Proper bus service to my village.

              I tried booking a ticket in tnstc e-ticket reservation website from Madurai to Chennai today. Amount got debited but ticket wasn't booked. Then again I booked a ticket and I have attached that here. I have attached the transaction details of both the ticket which wasn't booked but amount debited and the ticket which was booked.

                  One of the major challenges faced by the people of Sellappanpettai is the irregular or delayed bus timings. According to the transport profile of the village, the frequency of buses is only two times a day. The bus numbered ‘81’ is destined to Boothalur from Thanjavur. It is supposed to reach the village by 08.20 in the morning and 4.30 in the evening. But the villagers complain that the bus almost reaches an hour late most of the times.

                  Sellapanpettai has no Higher Secondary schools and so the students of the village have to travel to the nearby village Boothalur. The school there starts at 9.30 am, but as the bus is irregular, the students reach the school late. The teachers make the students stand outside the class for being late to the campus. Also, the students come back home late. The parents often panic due to the delay says the villagers. Not only does the school students get affected by the irregular buses, the working people also gets affected. This was the main issue/ complaint told by many villagers. So, we request you to take proper step regarding this problem. This will definitely help students.

                    I saw the tnstc website as mentioned half ticket eligble 5 years above but tnstc condutor told he don't know that update and I informed him other goverment condutor not giving a ticket below 5 years but he said you must a ticket.

                    Kindly take action on the condutor

                      The time constraints set by 5C Bus are not being followed. Buses must start running every 15 minutes... The conductors will begin at their earliest convenience; in 10 minutes, two to three buses will depart from the spot, and for the following 30 to 45 minutes, there won't be any more buses. There will be more passengers in the bus as a result of this, including those hanging on the door. As a result, there is also a risk to people's safety. People in Teynampet from Tharamani are experiencing various problems as a result of the time they observe because this is the only means to get to the Anna Library.

                      I came to the stop by 7:00 AM one bus arrived at the bus stop at 7:45 this morning, the driver informed me that they would only be taking passengers until 8:30.

                        On 17 June 2022 at 9pm I asked most of the buses in gandhipuram bus stand, coimbatore to have a ticket to chengappalli.But none of the buses conductor said yes.Finally I get on erode bus and went to perumanullur.I reached perumanullur at 10.15 pm.Till 10.45 pm I keep on asking all the erode buses coming to perumanallur.i haven't got a reply from bus conductor to stop in chengappalli.Then I came to my house by having lift from an unknown person.

                          Buses were not stopping near mahabalipuram to accommodate passengers eventhough the bus is empty. I had to travel to pondicherry during weekends and since busses were not stopping near the stops where it is supposed to stop I suffered mentally and economically. Kindly look until the issue and rectify.

                            I asked details about the particular bus route after getting into the bus so the driver looked at me soo aggressively and asked are u illetrate don't you know to study if you don't know about the bus routes why did you get into the bus don't you even know to read he spoke so rudely and in a wrong manner saying I am mad just because I got into the bus and asked wether is this bus ( kelamngalam) going through achettipalli route or not . Not only this driver but most of the town bus drivers are behaving rude and speaking harsh towards the passenger I request you to take action against this driver and make a advice to the all the conductors and drivers to speak properly if even not politely

                              I have booked SETC e- ticket in TNSTC app on 16.06.2022. The journey from Aruppukottai to Chennai dated 17.06.2022 and trip code is 1900ARUCHE. The Transaction status showing me is failed.

                                    Tamil Nadu, the Nilgiris, route Kothamudi to Ooty, bus no TN43-N0527, May be its tourist destination, while raining you can experience the full rain inside the bus [but you must have an umbrella with you, otherwise you will be wet inside the bus]. Many a time, complained to the local manager on Mob No. [protected]. At times he even avoids answering knowing my number is for a complaint. Pathetic and shameful response from such a TNSTC official.
