On 09/06/2022, I tried to book 2 tickets from Chennai to Coimbatore in TNSETC. Amount Rs.560 has been debited from my account but the ticket was not secured. TNSTC Reference Number: OB17467579 and trip code: 2200CHECOINS. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.     So, I am a student of Pondicherry University travelling for a long time ended up in Pondicherry bus stand at midnight. We don't have any local buses available which leads us to depend on Pondicherry-chennai ECR vehicles. But those buses are not giving us rides in midnight. As a student and a tamilnadu native i strictly condemn this and i hope this issue will be sorted out soon.

      Hi,
      I am travel from chennai to ramnad on 7.6.22 through ervadi bus . The bus reservation ticket is almost full, but that conductor filled some pasanger with extra ticket around 20 to 25 tickets. They all are sitting in the centre of the seats.. that reserved seat candidates all are feeling uncomfortable with their legs...that area are occupied by those pasangers... example i am almost 6.1ft i always use asile seat for free leg movement but this tym i am feeling very uncomfortable. This time i hate to travel in setc bus... kindly reply me in setc ultra delux bus has standees option available or not or why they give the permission...this is the not the good one...BUS NO TN01AN1981... contact me in d.v.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com

        My pickup point at Tambaram is 10.35, when I call a conductor by 10.40 pm, he said bus will come by another one hour.
        How this can be acceptable in case of emergency

          I was standing in kelambakkam bus stop near AP super Market near 7:15 pm.. I was waiting there for long time for bus but the bus is not stopped there in the bus stop.Bus number TN 2054 bus is not stopped there and the signal was there near by the bus stop. I asked them to stop because they haven't stopped the bus in bus stop. The driver and conductor insulated me and moved forward. 515 B route drivers are very irresponsible and maximum of them won't stop there kindly look into issue and rectify them for public convenience

            Dear sir my Bike Activa 08.06.2022 I was drive near by Kuttupatha, Chandranagar. TNSTC Vehicle No TN 38 N 3083, had hiddeen my mirror, and with luck i have escaped from death and the driver and conductor harasse me in public with bad words.

            Kindly do the needful to take strict action against the driver and conductor of the TN 38 N 3083 Bus..

              While I was booking the bus ticket in tnstc website, the amount gets debited but the ticket is not booked it shows error, ..after sometime I booked the bus ticket the amount has been debited but the ticket is not booked..kindly look upon the issue and refund my money

                      We were driving from kovilpatti to chennai on 7th june, 2022. On the madurai to trichy bypass road at 4:35p.m., a state bus driver was driving very rashly and we were just missed from an accident. The bus no. Is TN 01 AN 1957.
                      We want an immediate action taken against the driver.

                        Sir iam studying in salem 7arts college and my home is at yercaud so i need to go for salem new busstand for my bus so usually i go to gh stoping for going new bus stand today number 13 town bus tn 30 na 1314 bus conductor asked me to take ticket for going to new busstand but i had my bus pass with me i showed him bust he told take ticket or get down at next stoping.This is not forst time happening like this so please take action on it

                          On 07/06/2022, By 2:30 am people boarded the Kollihills bus from Namakkal bus stand (Local people named the bus as Valapur ATC) to reach kollihills. When the bus reaches Solakaadu the conductor said Since there are only 3 people took ticket to Semmedu the bus wont go there. Instead it will directly go to Arapaleeswarar temple from Solakkadu. Those 3 people includes aged people and ladies. At the midnight and in this hill station how can a government bus conductors and drivers are so irresponsible? When asked the people about this, they are saying it is happening frequently(Skipping Semmedu). I am not sure TNSTC whether will warn or take action against the driver and conductor of this kollihills bus. We the people only have to suffer at the midnight. Please dont trouble innocent peoples during midnight. If this issue is not resolved then we are ready to escalate the issue to Namakka Collector, Honourable CM Stalin Sir, and Honourable transport minister.

                            7th June 2022 morning Rameshwaram AC bus arrived in Eruvadi and my family travel in that bus..Already the bus was filled with lot of Hindi Peoples, but that doesn't a matter they are connected their phone in bus bluetooth and put the all hindi songs..I thought firstly the song was played by bus driver after that only we identified it was played by passenger..Is this correct ??? Its a tamilnadu government's public bus .Its not a private bus right???? And also I request the government to care about the seats in bus its already tored and scratched my hand..I travelled in AC coach a lot and loved very much, but after this incident I felt too bad

                              We have been waiting for perambalur bus from thuraiyur bus stand since 10.30 PM. There was no bus that will go to perambalur. Around 11 PM chennai bus (TN 01AN3150)arrived to thuraiyur bus stand. But they didn't allow us in the bus saying the bus won't go to perambalur but we could see the one of the boarding point is perambalur. We were waiting till 1.30PM. There were more than 15 people waiting in thuraiyur for very long time and we arranged private bus and reached our home. We need more availability of bus from thuriyur to perambalur after 10 PM which will help people reach their home safe. Please take this complaint and do the needful.

                                  Please tell me what is the different between conductor bus/ without conductor bus?? LSS without conductor taking time... Every stop for tickets giving to passengers.
                                  Without LSS taking hotel timing almost same the time travel, what is the benifit for passenger these all ###, transport wasting time of passengers, please give us to PP bus otherwise leave this LSS bus terms and conditions, still you not provide AC bus Villupuram to Chennai, but Vandavasi is small area you send AC bus Chennai to vandavasi what is this, Villupuram also have so many passengers, ok please provide AC BUS to villupuram to Chennai, otherwise we are gave letters to our Transport head and Minister of transport, please take action this mail Immediately because I trouble evey day to travel...

                                    Today i am boarded at TVS tolgate to go to PERAMBALUR BUS NO TN32 N 4320, But driver conductor forced to get down from bus, they said route 308 not covered Perambalur, i request this was night hours but they refuced my request, after that I return back to bus stand by another bus, then i pickedup another bus to perambalur, why always so many conductor and driver refuced our request, weekly 2 or 3 times i had travel daily this type of insident happens, i am a central govt employee, after night duty finished return to perambalur weekly 2 or 3 times this type problem sir

                                        From Vellore bus stand to katpadi railways junction...No busses are available after 9'o clock.. In Tamilnadu some other districts theky are operating busses from railway junction to bus stand with double fare but in Vellore no bus service in the night time
