I Booked a Bus Ticket Online on 29 may from erode to Nagercoil Bus...After all process Ticket Has Not Booked but the amount Was Paid...and yet I made complaints still I didn't receive My Refund..please Refund it as soon as Possible.

    I have boarded the bus from thuraiyur to Trichy(tolgate) on nearly 2:10pm to 3:15 pm.. I have lost my gold chain(1.5poun)... Kindly help me to find out the missed chain from than bus...I will attach the images of the chain and bus ticket ..please help me

      Dear sir/ madam
      I am suresh from kandhadu palayam, marakkanam tk Villupuram dt. In our Village living people around 450 families. If we planning to go to chennai we walk around 2 km then reach kandhadu and ride on this 83A bus. This bus not pickup in our busstop all tindivanam bus and Pondicherry bus should stopping this bus but this 83A only not stopping this bus stop. Kindly take positive action to stop the bus in our Village. Thank you

          On[protected], I tried to book 3 tickets from Theni to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.2230 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Transaction id:S92984720 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. TNSTC username: GEUST USER.

            I have tried to book ticket through Tnstc mobile on friday 3rd June 2022. My amount was debited from my account but ticket booking was failed.

            I couldn't able to find the transaction history in the Tnstc application. Please kindly start the refund process.

                I am traveling on a bus from karaikal to Chidambaram the front seats of the bus was occupied by the staffs most probably and conductor and driver if the bus they rejected me to accommodate the front seat as they told me that the staff and driver will not allow the passenger in the front seat

                    I have boarded Government bus from Tindivanam to Chengalputtu on 4th June 2022, around 6:45 pm.
                    I lost my bag in the bus.
                    I don't know the bus number, but it stopped in Chengalputtu bus stand and it was the last stop. around 8:15 pm
                    Kindly help me with the procedure, if needed I can come to Chengalputtu bus depot.
                    Description of the bag:
                    Black in color, contains girl kid clothes, ladies clothes and burqa.
                    Please help me to find it out.

                          Driver name : Sivakumar
                          We going to take bus at 2.15 pm but the bus come late at 2.40 and didn't take the right bus route and stop at highway and the driver said we haven't time to take you the stop so you move to another bus. We all including children are in trouble that the bus didn't arrive and didn't stop the right place.
                          That driver didn't have any responsible and care for public service.

                                Hello Team,

                                Myself Rejeesh K R boarded in bus number TN39N0245 on 04th June 2022 plying in route palakkad to tiruppur via Coimbatore.. my journey is from palakkad to Coimbatore (gandhipuram). I had a currency note of Rs500 which i took from ATM.. when I gave that note he said it's stained and cannot accept it.. I wasn't having any other cash with me.. Though the note is not much stained and I asked further as if it's taken from ATM and am helpless.. so in return he said this note can be considered only for Rs 350 if so you can give like that.. i requested if possible could you stop at any atm for 2mins so that i can encash.. He denied..and further again he was saying the same as 350rs can be considered and given ticket.. i said if so please provide a written statement of the same.. For that he started harrassing me and used unparliamentary words in front of other passengers as *Myru* .. I asked why are you talking such ..since am talking to you with all due respect, Then he directly put it on my head as i only spoke and he didn't say any.
                                Then i borrowed money from the nearby passenger and asked for ticket.. he took the cash and dindnt provide ticketand was abusing me continuously.
                                I said I have paid you please provide ticket and he was like *enna meratura and defamed me again as *nee enna theeviravadhiya* unna Ulla ukkara vechuduven pathuko like that..

                                Also he was blackmailing me like he will get admitted in GH stating I abused hum and will make me get into jail.

                                I checked for his name but he wasn't wearing any nameplate in his uniform.. Hence providing you the complete bus details and it's schedule..
                                I request you authorities to take severe diciplinary action against him and not let him treat passengers like this in future..

                                  Iam sinduja from thirukalukundram (chengalpatt). Iam working near chengalpatt. On daily basis I travel from chengalpatt to Mahindra City in MTC bus.

                                  Yesterday 3.5.2022 morning at 8.10 I reached chengalpatt bus stop and go near to some MTC bus stand near to dipo. I get inside bus on that time bus driver shoutt me to get down. I asked why ? Then he forcely told me to get down and he told bus will start at 8.30. I told no problem sir I sit here . He shouted * this is restroom or what you simply telling to sit here you go go.

                                  After I asked why sir you speaking anonymous words but he continues shoutted I get down from bus. I told her to give complaint please come with me at spot but he told iam govt employee you not able to do anything.**again and again he used this bus not rest room**go out

                                  Please mam take necessary action.

                                  And I reported to Tambaram depo transport incharge thamodharan sir he told me to call customer care. In customer care they not respond.

                                    Today morning came with my son he is 3 and half years old but the conductor received half ticket but I asked 5yrs above only charged half ticket in TNSTC rules he was using unparilmantory words..                                       On the 1st attempt it debited around INR.1370 rupees and I tried again on the 2nd attempt it debited around INR.1370 rupees.
                                      So total INR.2740 rupees have been debited from my account.

                                      Please kindly do some action and make the process fast and debit the amount.

                                        A female friend of mine was travelling from ernakulam to neyveli in tnstc bus since she called the number of the conductor for the pick point clarification they were rude and not responding properly and once she got on the bus they were arguing and using rude words for calling them through phone and till she reached her destination she was in a fear of getting in trouble, due to their behaviour she was in fear throughout the journey, this kind of behaviour towards passengers should be strictly notified and taken an action.
