I tried to book a ticket from Hosur to Chennai for the date 26/06/2022 on 25th June. After selecting and filling all the particular it directed me to the payment page. I chose UPI method and a total of 360 rupees was paid. But it showed some error and the ticket was not booked and money was debited from my account. Kindly provide me with the refund please.

There is no transportation services for Tambaram to Pondicherry. Even I can't find for tindivanam in the morning time (6 am to 11 am)
Kindly provide the bus services

I, Srivarshaa R have booked a ticket to Bengaluru for[protected]. But the amount Rs.835 is debited but the ticket is not booked.
I have booked the ticket for 23.15 hrs bus on[protected] AC sleeper/seater.

Im waiting for bus at Neyveli arch gate, morning 08:30 am to 09:30 am no bus arrived. As iam going to Pappakudi. After one bus came belongs to Number plate (TN68 N.0492). Green colour bus . Driver telling that bus will not stop at Pappakudi location. So kindly take action on them, as they will repeat that attitude. Please ensure to stop bus at each and every bus stop location... Im really frustrated 😩😩😩😩😩

I was traveling from Gandhipuram towards karumbukadai in 73A. The bus which I traveled didn't stop at my bus stop where I supposed to be. The bus conductor is not aware of the passengers departure and the driver is not getting any signs from conductor to stop a bus in every bus stops. Conductor simply tear the ticket and supply it to all through another co passangers. Tonight I get down from the bus after 2 stops. Is this fair to do for a lady in un time? Please take proper action against this complaint and please ensure that it will not happen in the future.

I boarded into bus (TN30-N1609- 5.25 pm Salem bus) from dindigul on 22/06/2022, as i have to travel towards Madurai. Sitting in the first seat, the bus conductor restricts public by telling that " If you have Rs. 52 /- change correctly, then only you should get into bus". Some people on hearing this, got down without boarding into the bus. This is being repeated everytime by him. Also his words are not polite. How could public always carry the ticket amount accurately???

I’m travelling in the bus from Salem to Bangalore having number plate TN 30 N 1800. They were playing cine songs. Maybe to have an enjoyable work environment. But the song they play matters! Right? They are playing kattipudi kattipudi da song from the movie kushi which has most vulgar lyrics & moaning sounds! How can we travel with kids if these kind of songs are played in the bus? It’s very disgusting!! Please take immediate action!

While I was booking the bus ticket in tnstc website, the amount gets debited but the ticket is not booked it shows error..please look upon the issue and solve as soon as possible and refund my money

Seats were full of bugs. It's too unclean kindly take necessary action and make more people's to support our government setc bus is best than privates.

I travel Tiruvannamalai to melmaruvathur via chennai bus not even a single conductor allow us to entry the bus after asking the stop the name, I don't know why they are doing this, then I asked them they replied we have to handle our higher officer so we don't boughter about this town stops and also they tell their reply by harsh words it's not good to be a passanger to take this, so please take a action for this complaint.

Yesterday I got in to the bus from verkilambi vide route no332. Driver kept an audio system in front of him with high volume. I had requested the driver to reduce the volume. He was so hesitant and abused and asked me to get down from the bus. After few minutes later the conductor came to give tickets to other passengers. I made the same request to him also. The driver again got annoyed and stopped the bus in between to drop me from the bus. In the meantime the conductor along with one male passenger started verbal abuse and the male passenger beaten me and tried to push me down from the bus along with the help of conductor. I got scared and got down middle of my journey.
In kanyakumari district this is common incident that the misbehavior of driver and conductor with female passenger.
I request the authorities to take immediate action against the errontant staffs.
I am filing this complaint to provide me compensation for the mental agony I had gone through this situation

On june 1, 2022 I have booked two tickets from chennai to vedaranyam for Rs.840 both, total 1680. Both of the two times the amount got debited but ticket status shows failed. I waited 15 days for refund but it is not getting refunded. Kindly check and proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

I'm a person live from Ramanujamputhur village Srivaikundam (Taluk), Tuticorin (Dist).During Afternoon time we have a bus service from kattabomman nagar depot in 1.15pm from tirunelveli city to my Ramanujamputhur village Reach in 2.45 pm.when Our ChiefMinister Mr.Stalin sir announces the Free bus Journey for Ladies Scheme from onwards afternoon time bus services is properly not available for my village.Most of my village ladies and gents students studing in college near palayamkottai.Afternoon bus services is most useful for the students.Nowadays students and peoples are more suffered due to the bus services is properly not available to my village.So kindly accept my complaint and take a proper action from the depot for retrieve the Proper bus service to my village.

I tried booking a ticket in tnstc e-ticket reservation website from Madurai to Chennai today. Amount got debited but ticket wasn't booked. Then again I booked a ticket and I have attached that here. I have attached the transaction details of both the ticket which wasn't booked but amount debited and the ticket which was booked.

I'm booked ticket through tnstc app . The Amount Was Debited From My Account But The ticket booking was failed..
Still Now The amount was not refunded..
Please help me...

One of the major challenges faced by the people of Sellappanpettai is the irregular or delayed bus timings. According to the transport profile of the village, the frequency of buses is only two times a day. The bus numbered ‘81’ is destined to Boothalur from Thanjavur. It is supposed to reach the village by 08.20 in the morning and 4.30 in the evening. But the villagers complain that the bus almost reaches an hour late most of the times.

Sellapanpettai has no Higher Secondary schools and so the students of the village have to travel to the nearby village Boothalur. The school there starts at 9.30 am, but as the bus is irregular, the students reach the school late. The teachers make the students stand outside the class for being late to the campus. Also, the students come back home late. The parents often panic due to the delay says the villagers. Not only does the school students get affected by the irregular buses, the working people also gets affected. This was the main issue/ complaint told by many villagers. So, we request you to take proper step regarding this problem. This will definitely help students.
