There's no sufficient bus facilities in Kanchipuram for passengers travelling to koyambedu and Tambaram.

It's worse, people are suffocating the whole bus leading to increase in COVID cases. please provide more bus facilities to koyambedu and Tambaram as many working people depends on bus facilities.

I was stand at Idaikal bus stop to travel to Rajapalayam. Today morning at about 0120h, Bus No TN67 1995 crossed Idaikal bus stop, I tried to stop the bus for boarding. But driver did not stop the bus even he saw me. I had planned for further travel to Madurai to catch Vaigai express train. But due to non stopping of bus I could not complete my journey in time. Request take disciplinary action against the bus driver please.

Bus is not stopping in putvikitty turning stop. TN39/N0312 on 14.05.2022 evening 6pm am a female am get into the bus on the back side the conductor shouted like something why u get inside the bus it is not bus stop like that and the driver be rude he operated the bus like sudden turning because of his sudden turning I may fell off . Even private bus conductors are very humble why govt bus conductors and drivers are behaving like this.please give some counselling to them to how to behave with passengers.please take necessary action against them

From Coimbatore to sathy-(setiyar mill stop) For a long time it been a bus stop but there bus stops frequently the says if we stop the bus in the bus stop they will be late.

Very bad Morning for me. I booked a ticket in setc portal from Bangalore to tirunelveli for the travelling date of 13.05.2022. Bus Number : TN01 A1 2961
CONDUCTOR NUMBER : [protected] I think his name is Murugendran Indra.
Actually i slept in bus at 5.30AM. Then only I know that this is my stop(Tirunelveli). Bus still in the bustand but it's in running stage. So I came to meet driver and he said ok I'll stop. But conductor scolded me like "are you really a men" ( நீ உண்மையாவே ஆம்பள தானா ) I'm shocked and driver also shocked. I'm asking that why are scolded me infront of 50 people. He again called me by the same word ( ஆம்பள னா காது கேட்கும் இப்படி தூங்க மாட்டான் ) like If you are really a men then u can't sleep like this.
I really want to know onething that, is that original service of tnstc? Are you trained your employees like this? I believe in tn government and TNSTC Department. I think this conductor need some mental support. Don't allow him as a bus conductor for the next time. Otherwise he will spoil the image of Tamilnadu Government Employees.

TN29 N 3132 சேலம் to பெங்களூர் தற்போது இந்த bus நடத்துனர் பயணம் செய்யும் பயணிகளிடம் அவமரியாதை யாக பேசுகிறார் சின்ன dress bag க்கு luggage charge போடுகிறார் bag ல் என்ன‌ இருக்கிறது என்று பார்த்து விட்டு வீசி விட்டு செல்கிறார் பயணம் செய்யும் பயணிகள் ‌அனைவரிடமும் அவமரியாதையாக‌பேசுகிறார் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் படி கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

I was pressed the back door button to open the back door to get down in my stop. (When the bus is just 2 to 3 steps before the stop). Then Conductor used some irritating words to me. Like, Why did you use this button? Why we are here? finally in tamizh he said moonjeeya paru. Very worst behaviour. Actually there is no any sticker or sign placed near the door switch that the door switch should only for driver or conductor's use. So this was not my mistake there is no proper information about the usage of bus doors by a passenger. This unfair situation.

Bus service from both theni to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to theni are not proper, very bad condition buses are always available which is very uncomfortable for such a 5 hours journey, No SETC buses are available. Since Coimbatore is the place of college hub, we students suffer a lot by such kind of buses, please do consider. Hoping for the best

74 bus conductor said every 30 mins have a bus... But yesterday 1.30 hrs waiting in the bus stand didn't coming even single bus... Drivers and conductors taking leave often so.. 3 buses only run in the route.. Said to the people by conductors... Every singles (round) completed parking to vellalore temple nearby.. After 2 or 3 buses came and reach, after 3 buses started another singles..

This M14 bus running from medavakam to NGO colony. I am daily traveling from medavakam to ngo colony through M14 at morning 8am to 8.30 am. But bus not starting on time from madavakam, as more then 3 to 5 buses standing almost 20 to 30 mins, and drivers are not available in bus and they are not starting bus on time. And lots of time i request this to the in-charge and drivers but no response from them . This happening daily and lots of people suffering the same . if this problem not resolved i will take a photo and video and i will share to you . please kindly take the necessary actions on this .

Passengers from medavakam bus stand

TN.32.N.4257's bus conductor collected about Rs.20 extra while travelling from Chengalpattu tollgate to Tindivanam. The original fare would be around Rs.70 whereas I was asked to give Rs.90. (Salem bus)

I will travel daily by bus with my kids from there school to home on ECR route chennai . Driver is starting the bus while we are getting into bus today ne and my son felt in the bus, i had got injured conductor is answering without responsibility, this happened afternoon, it's not even peak time, not only today this is happening many times, please do the needful . Thank you

I have not expected such kind of behaviour from bus driver. It is clearly unsafe for road travelers. It looks like the bus driver doesn't care about lives other than himself. I had been watching the bus for the past 1 hour in NH45, his driving is extremely rash and unsafe for other road users. We nearly had an accident at Chengalpattu tollgate because of his fault. I didn't expect such behaviour from TNSTC driver. Kindly take appropriate action on this kind of behaviours.
If this kind of activities continues, one day it will cost some innocent lives, by ignoring my complaint, you will also be responsible for it.
I'm doing this to save innocent lives, please consider it and take appropriate action.
I have attached the snap of the bus with the number plate on the attachments.
I believe the necessary actions will be taken and this kind of harsh driving will be avoided. Please do the needful

I booked Madurai Chennai for 20.4.22 AC Seater on 19.4.22, which was subsequently cancelled by me within 2 hours of booking, as I got train reservation for 19.4.22, through online booking. But even after 15 days the payment is not credited back to my SB account.

Actually inbetween chennai and Trichy, there is a place called Tindivanam. I am in that bus. During this stop we people try to bought a water bottle. We gave 100 rupees for 20 rupees water bottle. When that seller try to give the change. The bus starts immediately even they knows. There is no urgency at that point of time. They did because of their ruthless behavior with no reason. We people shouted to stop the bus for collecting the change. Even that seller also try to give. But conductor take it as easy without any proper explanation. I felt really bad about our government servant. I hope you will take any actions regarding these staffs behaviors.

I am abirami, We were heading towards gingee to my friends place, near jayakondan there was a speedbreaker (you can see in the picture).

Another bus was coming opposite route despite that bus this driver overtook over the speedbreaker and came straight towards my car and hit behind. Inspite of hitting he says its already there you went and hit it somewhere and asking me . Easily abusing since i am a women . Though people out there supported me since he came in wrong route, he still didnt come down to ask apology for it. He kept saying it wasnt his fault and nothing there in this.

If I hadn't turned left I would have ended with accident and injuries. He came so fast and bumped on my car backside that too only because I took left else I would not be there today. After hitting talking totally abusive since I am a women he started to raise his voice and talk local. He said "Ena pana mudiyumo panu.. Atha yaaru savala la apram ena kathura" and kept walking. He has got no proof with him no license no aadhar nothing when asked he says it's with the company.. he is CL itseems.. Blue shirt conductor coming for compromise with 500Rs. I asked if life gone what will you do ? for that he saying so cool nothing has happened why are you creating a scene here ..

He kept walking when we tried to reach police, meanwhile local that area VO came and stood at one corner trying to reach police .. We were standing in the road he just kept walking as we spoke. So my uncle went and stood in front of the bus without letting him start. He started raising the accelerator high.. so rude and harsh behaviour. I kept quite because he was elder person but he was on so low standard that he spoke so bad abusive on me.

I need immediate action over this issue. I request you to suspend that driver. He doesn't even feel guilty of what he has done.. I have given petition also in nearby gingee police station on the driver..

I will definitely take this to social media also .. I am really shocked by the answer he gave.. so easy to shout at a women on the road even though he has done a mistake.

Sir i trying to booked tickets from tnstc but money will detected from account but ticket was no booked it's showing in processing .this is all details (Dear Customer, transaction number WT[protected] for Rs.625.00 by SBI Debit Card X1535 done at 50000392 on 07May22 at 14:42:57)

The conductor was not following the government rules. The conductor was collect the ticket for 4 years child from the childs parrents on 07/05/2022 1:00 pm. We explain transport minister Mr. S S Sivasankar said rule but ingnore rule conductor....
