    Increased cost of tickets

    Address: KARAIKUDI - SIVAGANGAI DT

    From DEVAKOTTAI(SIVAGANGAI DT) to KARAIKUDI the TNSTC charges 17 RUPEES & private charges 15 rupees till 2019 . Due to Drainage works carried in KARAIKUDI TOWN from[protected] the buses were diverted in TRICHY NH ROUTE which takes 5+ more KM to REACH KARAIKUDI, DUE to this reason the TNSTC & PRIVATE buses charged 20 RUPEES . The DRAINAGE works carried in KARAIKUDUI were COPMLPETED in the end of 2021 and buses were operated in the Usual ROUTE....

    Hi, today (20.4.2022)afternoon we r reaching Rameswaram bus stand and get tha ac bus for Ramanathapuram at 3.10pm (it's Coimbatore destination ), we r asking ticket for Ramanathapuram bt conductor rudely replied, they r not taking the ticket for Ramanathapuram, they will only stop Madurai and Coimbatore.
    We r having child and edler ppls with me, bt he s speeking rudely and dropped out of Ramanathapuram.

    Every bus went Ramanathapuram bus stand without fail, bt he never listen our request.

    Kindly do needful, bcz lots of PPL suffering like us

      So today morning i was about to travel from silkboard to hosur. I took the tnstc bus
      ( TN-29N- 2980 ) seeing that it was express bus. Immediately after taking the bus i asked if the bus goes through flyover or not . He replied as no . So i asked him to stop the bus, but instead he started yelling at me in tamil. Since im born n bought up in karnataka itself so im not familiar to tamil so i asked him to either tell it in kannada or hindi. For which he again started yelling in tamil. Later he took the same charge ( 60 rupees ) as any other bus takes which goes through flyover. When i tried asking him in calm he again shouted in tamil and bought his hands close to my face ...he has problem that i dont know tamil . Why the hell should i know tamil and most importantly i was in bangalore during the journey so its conductor responsibility to learn kannada or talk in hindi .. please try to see who it was and ask him to have some manners as in the end we are all Indians and mostly importantly im a customer who was travelling by paying money.

        Hi sir

        This picture was taken amidst ESO Bunk and Nava India. The road is already so crowded because of the bridge construction going on. This bus in the picture 115A, the registration number is TN 38 N 3566. The driver was in such a road rage that he was constantly speeding and blowing horn. The way he was driving was life threatening, he would have crushed a few vehicles on his way. We were before the vehicle, from Lakshmi Mills stop to ESO Bunk, he tried to scare us off the road every time we tried to over take him. The most disgusting thing was, he didn't give way for an ambulance which was on the way to PSG Hospitals. I don't understand how a person could drive so carelessly, he was simply careless and ignorant of other lives or vehicles on the road. It's a blessing that we reached home without a scratch. I wish there's someone to take steps on the few bus drivers who are ignorant and inhuman. Please spread this and I wish someone in the transport department sees this and atleast questions him for his behaviour.
        I request the officials to take action on him so that there wouldn't be any accidents in the future.
        Sir if there is anything you could do to help kindly help the people of Coimbatore from awaiting accidents.

          Evening 3.20pm
          BUS NO:V 51
          Complaint against Bus Conductor.
          Respected Sir:
          I travelled in the bus from Tambaram East(RAILWAY STATION).Conductor saw me getting in, I gave him ₹20 for ticket.to my destination VELLAKKAL.The destination ticket price is ₹19only.But he gave me KOVILAMBAKKAM Ticket which cost ₹21.When I enquired about this ticket price to him, He just pushed me asked me to JUST SHUT UP!!! And went to his seat.But I asked him about the price once again, which He said that I Have done mistake in asking ticket and I need to tell him from where I got in the bus.BUT THE THING IS HE SAW ME AS HE WAS STANDING NEAR THE DOOR.
          HE SPOKE RUDELY.It may be no time that I just wanted to slap that guy, Such a rude behaviour 😠😠😠.He never accepted his mistake.
          He wears Blue shirt, no spex, 5.5 feet tall
          Work as a conductor in V 51 .
          TELL THESE STUPID*#*"# IRRESPONSIBLE BUS PEOPLE TO BEHAVE POLITELY WITH THE PASSENGER'S.
          THERE ARE SUCH A **####* WORKERS WHO MISNAME A GOOD PEOPLE.
          KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH PEOPLE.

            The bus is not rush, but the bus did not stoping in the bus stand .so that we are colleoge students coming from so long distinct, like this bus can't stop means how can we go to our place.How can we study please take the sireusly or provide more buses to this route.

                Respected sir/madam,
                Tnstc buses are not following the exact time to departure because they are allowing private buses to operate freedomly in Devakottai Town (neighbourhood town of karaikudi) which comes under Sivagangai district. This should be strictly forbidden.If this issue didnot get resolved then I can strongly say you that TNSTC will get extra-odinary losses.Important MATTER is TNSTC empolyees are the first reason for this and TIME KEEPER of Devakottai Town too.

                  Hello, I’m pavana saravanan M booked ultra deluxe bus ticket at 5.30 Pm in shanthi nagar bust stand, bangalore. The bus was pre ponded to 5.00 pm . I got information regarding this reschedule at 4.20 Pm. The bus staff expected to me come around by 5. How can i come by 5? As my home is 40 mins away from this bus stand. I came 15mins late, the bus staff abused me verbally that i have brain or what, you can’t understand once we say ah, even you being educated it’s waste you can’t come on time nu they said nearly 5 times and more. I got morr than 15 calls from them which put severe pressure on me. I ran and came to the bus. I m being a medical student it affect my mental health seriously, i hope you guys get good solutions for me. Thank you!

                    Yesterday 16/4/2022, I went to poombukar for tourism, while I was returning from poombukar to mayiladuthurai, time around 2-3pm, inwhich bus conductor sitting with passenger seat, and try to harrase,

                    People comes to tourism for piece our mind, but like this type of disturbing should be neglected.

                    I don't know his detail, if you send photo copy I confirm that person.

                    Please do some action, it will not happen again even a single other tourist.

                        I am travel from trichirapally to ulundurpet. But the conductor not give the proper instruction to me and he stand up me on 44Km to travel the ulundurpet.so please give the proper punishment to him because it will example for all the conductors.this after conductors not do tjis type of mistakes

                          Never seen such a worst travels. I have booked up and down in this travels before 2 weeks of my date of Journey. This travel owner used to cancel the bus saying bus is breakdown and they reinitiate the same bus with double the fare. This happened for both of my tickets. Friends, I strongly recommend you to avoid booking this bus.

                          They don't know how to respect passenger.

                            This is Mohammed Hussain. I have booked AC sleeper 4PM bus on 16.04.2022 from Chennai to Shencottai (Rs920). But the bus didn't came and they have taken all of those booked for 4PM bus to 5.30PM and asked us to sit next to driver seat. At 4PM, they offered me a seat and in 10 minutes they said i don't have a seat. After having heavy fight with driver, they offered me sleeper birth that costs 1280Rs. I had to pay additional 460rupees for getting that 1 seat left.
                            So i need an explanation from authority on asking extra amount for someone's mistake and need the extra money that i paid. If they are cancelling a bus due to less travellers then they have to offer alternative at free of cost.

                                Dear sir/mam',
                                I work in a private organisation, an mnc named Atlas Export India Ltd. My company has provided me laptop for my official works and I regularly carry my laptop during my site visits to various places like salem, karur, cuddalore. Today I started to coimbatore from aravakurichi for official trip to coimbatore by tnstc bus, carrying my office laptop with me. I paid the usual ticket fare of rs.201 towards travel from trichy to salem and got the ticket.The bus conductor asked me to take ticket for luggage charges against carrying laptop which weighs less than 3 kgs, a dell latitude e6410 model. I refused that since I have been travelling carrying my office laptop for years. He showed me a rule book mentioning luggage charges for computer, monitor, keyboard n other accessories. I explained him clearly that the computer meant a desktop n not a laptop. He refused to accept without any reasons. This seriously undermines the purpose of laptops which we use for its portability.It raises questions on the improper understanding of the bus conductors and the revenue spent on educating and training them by the government. Requesting the concerned organisation to clarify and notify of any new rules imposed on luggage charges for carrying laptops

                                      Hi, Today(April 12, 2022) I booked a ticket in setc app from Bengaluru to Salem in Ultra deluxe bus timing 17.00 on 13/4/2022.Amount Rs.345 has been debited from my account. But ticket was not booked. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the amount to my account.
