Hello, i am a college student from pattur(near mangadu), chennai 600122. In my bus route there more than 20 members are looking for the mini bus(S22-mangadu to iyyapanthangal), but it comes about 7:30 AM . If I waited for this bus, I will be late to college. Some of them wasting their money(Rs.25) everyday. Please consider this complain it will helps more persons.

I have Working in company which located in pondicherry, I travel from kolinur to panruti daily, Ticket charges(kolinur to panruti) given is maximum 20rupees in chennai-kumbakonam or tanjore Bus if it is deluxe bus 25-30rs, I had watched particular conductor who collecting extra bus ticket charge from passengers (Just Identification:Blad head with wearing specs), He collecting 25rs for Kolinur to panruti(or) panruti to kolinur in normal blue...

I am travelling from chennai to villupuram bus (/No. TN 32 N-4528 ) today and my destination is kooteripat. Driver suddenly stop the bus without any information for lunch for passengers at hotel nellai located in chengalpattu bye-pass. The hotel served veg. And non veg. Items to passengers. One of the worker making parota's in his hands without wearing clouse and aprons, and he is wearing lungi and banyian only. Govt instrutions to all drivers and conductors is stop the bus good and hygenic vwg. Hotel only. Kindly look into the mattrr

Sir, complaint is regarding service cuts in mini bus between villivakkam terminus and perambur(ROUTE NO 44).We are finding very difficult to reach home in the evening everyday due to this no information service cut.
There is no proper response in the depot regarding this service cut.Please increase the no of bus frequency in this route as soon as possible.
Complain no 2. is the number of normal charge bus is coverted into deluxe bus charge, we are unable to affort to this un-informed change.
Request to take necessary action.

ஐயா வணக்கம் ராணிப்பேட்டை மாவட்டம் வாலாஜா தாலுக்கா ஓசூர் ராமாபுரம் கிராமத்தில் வசிக்கும் மக்கள் மற்றும் கீரை சாத்து கிராமத்தில் வசிக்கும் மக்களின் குறைகள். இந்த இரண்டு கிராமங்களை சுற்றி சுமார் மூன்று ஆயிரம் மக்கள் வசித்து வருகின்றனர். இவர்கள் முக்கிய இடங்களுக்கு அரசு பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்ய சுமார் மூன்று கிலோமீட்டர் தூரம் நடந்து வந்து ராணிப்பேட்டை இலிருந்து பொன்னை செல்லும் அரசு பேருந்தை அடைந்து பயணம் செய்ய வேண்டிய சூழ்நிலை நிலவி வருகிறது. இவற்றில் பள்ளி சிறுவர்களும் சிறுமிகளும் அடங்குவர். காலையில் அரசு பேருந்து ராணிப்பேட்டையில் இருந்து உன்னை நோக்கி செல்லும் தடம் எண் 11Bவசூர் வழியாக கீரை சாத்து மிளகாய் குப்பம் ஆகிய கிராமங்களை கடந்து கிராமங்களில் வசிக்கும் பொதுமக்கள் மற்றும் மாணவ மாணவிகளை முறையாக அழைத்துச் செல்கின்றது. ஆனால் ஆற்காடு பணிமனையில் இருந்து காலை 7 மணிக்கு புறப்படும் அரசு பேருந்து தடம் எண் 11A வசூர் வழியாக செல்லாமல் நேரடியாக லாலாபேட்டை ரோட்டை சென்றடைந்து பொன்னை அடைகிறது இதனால் பொன்னை அரசு பள்ளியில் பயிலும் பள்ளி மாணவ மாணவிகள் சுமார் மூன்று கிலோமீட்டர் தூரம் நடந்து சென்று அரசு பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்யமிகுந்த சிரமத்திற்கு உள்ளாகிறார்கள் என்பதை பணிவுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். எனவே மாண்புமிகு போக்குவரத்துத் துறை அமைச்சர் அவர்கள் இக்குறையினை நிவர்த்தி செய்து வழிவகை செய்யுமாறு பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

I am from Madurai district, Nagamalai Pudukottai Theni main road under the Karadipatti panchayat . In the morning time while all the students are from our village and surroundings are not able to reach the school or home on time and as safe. The buses are not coming in the regular intervals, so students hanging in the footboard in the unsafe manner. So please take action as soon as possible. Thanking you.

நான் இன்று காலை(23.03.2022) கோவை KMCH இல் இருந்து பெருமாநல்லூர் செல்ல TN 33 N 3190 (கோவை- ஈரோடு) பேருந்தில் 10 மணியளவில் ஏறினேன், பேருந்து ஓட்டுனர் பேருந்தை கவனகுறைவாகவும், பான் மசாலா போட்டுக்கொண்டும், எச்சில் துப்பிகொண்டும், வாய் கொப்பளித்து கொண்டும் இயக்கினார் .அவர் துப்பும் எச்சில் மற்றும் தண்ணீர் பின்னால் அமர்ந்திருந்த பயணிகள் மீது தெறித்து கொண்டே வந்தது. தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்..(ஓட்டுனர�...⇄ பெயர் தெரியவில்லை)

Bus no - TN 25 N 0779, from Thiruvannamalai to Chennai time - 10 pm. Conductor has charged 175 Rs when I have given 500 note, he has charged 100 Rs for 1 trolley bag but no return money and tickets were given either for journey or for baggage.I have requested conductor 3-4 times but he misbehaved and ignored my request, even driver didn't help me out. Please help me to get my money back.

Bus No.TN 25 N 0779 This bus going from Tiruvannamalai to Chennai. My wife boarded bus from Tiruvannamalai at around 10 pm on 22 March 2022. The conductor on knowing she doesn't know Tamil got 150 Rs extra in the name of luggage. He didn't give any ticket for the same despite being asked several times. When she approached the driver he said he can't do anything.

I request for interrogation of both driver and conductor and excess money extorted may kindly be returned.

Tamilnadu bus, 9G malmidalam bus not coming correctly . so take action to come correct

I just now boarded a tamil nadu State government bus from SAMAYAPURAM to Trichy..the ticket cost was 25 rupees ..I did not have change .I had 105 rupees.so the conductor rudely scolded me and said me to get out of the bus in the middle of the highway..some random women gave me change and then Im now traveling in this bus...I'm a doctor and I don't think I deserve this rude behaviour for this small issue

My name is R. SAI PRASAD was travelling from puttur to Poonamalle(Chennai) . I handovered the ticket amount to the BUS CONDUCTOR 500 rs the amount of ticket is 135 and he didn't gave the balance to me he said he will pay at the end .But when we reached our destination he misbehaved with me and has not provided the remaining balance of 365 and he also he using bad words on me.

So please take action against bus conductor
And give my amount back.Iam a college student 365 is a big amount for me.

This bus is not Stop at manamedu bus stop today morning and also past few day not stopped in this stop.
Even though the bus passanger are more than 45 that time also bus not stopped.
Manamedu bus stop nearly more than 5 passanger everyday pickup that bus
But the bus driver not stopped the bus
Please take necessary action for non stopped bus driver and conductor

Sir I am traveling on 21/03/22. In bus no TN32 N4311. AT morning 5:30 am.from tindivanam to Chennai bus via guindy.
The driver is very rude.he is saying only he stops Tambaram, guindy, Ashok pillar only. I supposed to get down at eekkattu thangal. He is asking me to get down in tindivanam only. Because of his arrogance many passengers did not board the bus.
Please advise him .

I was traveling from Chennai central to poonamalle on a TNSRTC bus ( TN 01 AN-2809).The conductor was so rude and he charged one full ticket for the bag that I carried . The fare is 35 and I was forced to pay 35*2. The conductor told that if I am not paying for the luggage he would throw it away.I am a student from kerala and I use to travel to Chennai central every month for my way back to home(kerala). I always travel with the same backpack from poonamallee to central in state public bus only and no other conductor has charged me for my luggage even in a crowded bus. Apart from all these the conductor was behaving very disrespectfully and was very rude .

Contractor behavior is very worst..and rude behavior to tha passengers..he scold to every passengers..need to take action..

We are traveling in the bus TN25N0343 which was the front tire using rebuild. We trusting the government buses maintenance is well. Our life is depending in it while travelling. My question Is all the buses using rebuild tires which is not safety ? அரசு பேருந்துகளின் நம்பிக்கை எங்கே ?

I travelled from Tiruvannamalai to chengalpet on 19th morning.The conductor behaved rudely when asked for my 5rupees change.Also the bus didn’t enter into cpt bustand when they were supposed to.Kindly take action reg the same.

Today(18/03/2022), I tried to book 1 ticket from nagercoil vadacurry to Hosur in SETC. Amount Rs.710 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB16484644. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

On 18th March 2022, my friend was traveling in MTC bus (oragadam to theresapuram) in Thambaram to Sriperumbudur bus numbered TN-01-AN-1542, and with unique serial number CWJ0808 around 9 Am in the morning. As per government new rule bus fare was free for women's, in thought of that my friend doesn't took ticket. The conductor of the bus came to her and asked to take ticket in disrespectful manner and used some abused language in front of others. Kindly take action against that conductor for the disrespectful and rude manner on women's.
