As I usually come by tnstc and there is no delay of timings but this time I booked the same process as i previously used to travel but here the bus start time is 9.30 but till 2.30 didn't reached thindivanam and there is no excuse here to compromise with the traffic actually other buses with same route and compared to timings this is delayed that driver used to go by 40-50km/s and this is long distance service how to make a service like this is this worst service that TNSTC provides.

    I booked a ticket from chennai to trichy vide PNR B49187597 for journey on 08/11/2023 at 23.30PM. I waited from 11.00PM till 1AM butt bus didnt arrive at all and they didnt even gave proper response.

      I had booked tickets from tuticorin to Salem on 23/10/2023. But the next day I cancelled my ticket. Till now didn't receive my refund amount. I can't reach any toll free number. They are not responding properly. Really disappointed ☹️.

        The bus didn’t go to Palladam bus stand.the passenger are get away in the signal by the conductor. The passenger are walk by a hand child.i will ask the the conductor.they told to me.the passenger is not enough to go the bus stand .you walk to go the bus stand. Bus no TN30N1717 (Salem)depot bus.the are operating Salem to Pollachi.via : perundurai, uthukuli, Tiruppur, Palladam

          I am Pranesh R from Chennai. On 03/11/2023, I have booked a ticket in an ordinary Deluxe bus from Chennai PT. Jayalalitha Bus Terminal to Erode for the date 09/11/2023. The amount of Rs.393 has been debited but the ticket has not been booked instead it shows an error msg at the end of the payment. Kindly resolve the issues as soon as possible and Pls refund back the amount.

            Sir,

            I boarded the bus on 1st Nov 2023, from Chennai Coimbad to Rajapalayam, around 9.00 p.m. i am carrying with the laptop worth 1Lakhs Rupees.

            The bus normally takes break in the bus stand the same will happen in the day also morning 8.10 am. onwards bus stopped at Madurai bus stand, and the driver said 5mins bus will be halt here in front of the bus toilet is there so i entered the toilet but i am not informed to conductor and driver because only 5 to 7 members in the bus so the driver seen before i entered the toilet.
            after 6th min the driver and conductor not waiting for me, they have left from the bus stand. I dont have the driver number because i taken the open ticket in the bus. so, I asked the nearby buses, and they said u discuss with the timekeeper then i asker the timekeeper he also don't know the person who driving the bus and conductor name also. the conductor did not count the heads and trip sheet before leaving the bus. then I contacted the motioned costumer care numbers they also don't know the driver and conductor so inform my father to send Rajapalyam bus stand and catch the bus mean while i catch another bus to follow with TNSTC bus on the same route. finally, I found the bus around 60 km away and i stopped the bus and bring my Luague.

            In the case the mistake is done by TNSTC staff. They give a mental pressure to me and wasting of money and time.

            please help to convey my below suggestions to the TNSTC.
            1. Please inform the customer care all the vehicle no and driver and conductor numbers. It these details are they are immediately stopping the bus.
            2. Please inform to recount the head and ticket.
            3. [protected] / [protected]/[protected] this customer service is not providing full support about the trip because they don't have such details with them. because they we are from the private party.

              I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I experienced while traveling on one of your TNSTC buses. On [29/10/2023], I boarded bus [TN01AN3215] departing from [Trichy] and headed to [Chennai].

              During the journey, I encountered a significant inconvenience due to water leakage inside the bus. Water was dripping from the roof, causing discomfort to the passenger. This not only affected my journey but also posed a safety hazard.

              I would like to request the following actions to be taken:

              1. Immediate inspection and repair of the bus [TN01AN3215] seat number 24 w to prevent further water leakage issues.

              2. Ensure that all TNSTC buses undergo regular maintenance to prevent such incidents in the future.

              3. Compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced during this journey.

                I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of one of your buses that I recently traveled on. On [25/10/23], I boarded one of TNSTC's buses, which was plying on the [Coimbatore to chennai * TNSTC * PNR:T48724216, DOJ:25/10/2023, Conductor Mobile No: [protected], Vehicle No:TN01AN3220, Route No:460NS], and I would like to bring to your attention a severe issue I encountered during my journey.

                The bus, while seemingly well-maintained on the exterior, had a significant problem that greatly affected my comfort and overall experience. As soon as I settled into my seat, I noticed a considerable infestation of bed bugs, particularly in and around the edges of the seat I was occupying.
                This situation was not only unpleasant but also deeply unsanitary and concerning for my health. Bed bugs are known to carry health risks and can cause discomfort, itching, and allergic reactions in individuals. It was distressing to have such an encounter on a TNSTC bus, which I expected to meet basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.
                I would like to bring this issue to your attention for the following reasons:
                Unacceptable Hygiene Standards:
                The presence of bed bugs on a public transportation vehicle indicates a severe lapse in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Passengers should be able to travel in a safe and clean environment.
                Health Concerns:
                Bed bugs can pose health risks, and it is essential for TNSTC to prioritize the health and well-being of its passengers.
                Impact on Customer Experience:
                This experience greatly impacted my journey, causing discomfort, distress, and inconvenience.

                I kindly request that TNSTC take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that the buses in your fleet undergo regular and thorough pest control and maintenance to prevent a recurrence of such incidents. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the steps taken to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening in the future.

                I believe that by addressing this problem promptly and effectively, TNSTC can continue to provide a safe and pleasant journey for its passengers. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.

                  This is Gokul from the Thiruvarur district. Since my early years, I have resided in Valacheri.
                  I left my village of Valacheri and travelled to Mannargudi today, October 24, 23. About 15 kilometres separates them. According to government regulations, it costs Rs. 12 to go from Valacheri to Mannargudi; nevertheless, commercial bus transportation charges a hefty Rs. 15 for the same route. I hurt more from it. Please intervene to prevent private bus transportation and protect the general people.

                        We were traveling from Dharmapuri to salem in ordinary govt bus ( TN 29N 2773) morning (8.30 am -10.00am), i was travelling along with my Dad (71yrs old ), we requested to conductor to stop at Manipal hospital, salem but th3 conductor refused to stop, which leads me to get down in another traffic place and return by some other bus. The ordinary givt bus stopped at various places around 20 plus stops during the journey ( some places bus stop and non bustops ), why is he refused to stop us ? We had to go hospital at 10.00am, it gives is inconvenience and I begged the conductor to stop many times, but he refused.. I wouldn't have asked if that bus is point to point, but it stopped more than 20 places, this is humiliation.
                        As a proper tax paying citizen I want justice of conductor action

                          Bus number ending with 1457, the conductor assumed I'd be okay with him not paying me back rs1, the ticket costs 19 and I gave him rs20.
                          He went to the other end before I could ask him and the bus got crowded.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,
                            I have tried to book one ticket of ₹425 from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli on 11 oct, 2023 through Tnstc mobile app. Amount of ₹ 425 debited from my account but ticket not booked. I have sent mail to billdesk lot of times by attaching bank statement and booking status of ticket ( OB ref no : OB[protected]. They didn't give approval for my refund and they not responding. Kindly do the needful.

                                Male passenger is allocated in ladies quota

                                I booked a ticket in setc bus from Chennai to mettupalayam for journey date of 13th Oct. I booked the seat no 13(W), which is under ladies quota.
                                But the conductor given the seat no 14 to male passenger.
                                I asked conductor how he can gave ladies seat to male passenger but he replied that "it was cancelled". And also I asked him to allocate some other seat to that male passenger, but he refused by saying there is no seat available.br...
