Hi, on 23rd feb 2022 i tried to book ticket from chennai to pallapatti, i selected the upi payment system (Note i scanned the qr code for transfer). My money got detected but booking was not completed. So i got suspecious and checked my google pay, it shows bdeducation (Bd. [protected]@icici) instead of tnstc id. And i cant find any reporting portal in tnstc website. I used below details for registration. Mail : [protected]@gmail.com Mobile Number :[protected]

    The conductor charged Rs. 15 instead of Rs. 10 for the minimum distance. He argued when I asked him about the fare. The bus number is TN 57 N 2432. I request you to kindly look over the issue.

      I travel from pondicherry to Chennai via bus TN21N1877 on 25tg Feb 2022. The bus was empty and I and a small bag and one trolley. Since the bus was empty I kept my luggage next to my leg and not above Driver charged half ticket extra. I accepted. He refuse to pay remaining money. I requested he said it is just like that. I asked to give him two ticket instead of luggage then.. he gave double luggage charge for single bag. He didn't mention this before starting bus and also his language was very rude

        Villupuram to Thiruvannamalai bus no 215 service bus was not stop at ariyalur stop every day one particular driver duty and he scolded public at driving time this Ariyalur bus stop many of them working in government office at thiruvannamalai.so pls change the driver that morning duty time 7.20am to 9.20am
        The driver Name I don't know but his native rajanthangal village.pls take a action.

            I tried to book the bus ticket for the route Hosur to Bodi on 23-02-22 were payment maded though UPI. Amount was debited Rs.150/- but ticket was not booked sucessfully!

                This is Udhaya from Madurai, MGR bus stand...the complainant regards.i was reached at 1 am[protected] some bus's available.bt they are not accepting to drop the Authorizated place .I want to go Madurai to keelaiyur ...by the route they are many bus going on the same ways. I am waiting for more than one hour here.i asked more than 5 bus's all incharge person are ignoring .we are also paying for the travel.they are provided service not a free of cash. This is not a first time.its happened daily.they are treat like a slave.this is too much. Here lots of passengers are requesting to the bus incharge person. But those person are not listen there's word. If they are not ready to provide service.then why came this duty, this is shameful.here lots people waiting here including old persons, family and kids also.kindly take action for this type of activities and give proper solution in the problem

                Note : Frist teach them how to treat passenger in public

                    We, Myself and my Son travelled from Ukkadam to Pollachi on 18.2.2022, about 4.17 P.M, vide Coimbatore-Palani Bus. I gave Rs. 500 to the Conductor and obtained 2 ticket worth Rs 72. The conductor gave me a change of Rs 28 and assured me to give Rs. 400 later. As soon as the Bus reached Pollachi, the conductor shouted the passengers to get down quickly, in a hurry I didn't ask the balance and got down. as well the conductor didn't give the balance and moved the bus quickly towards Palani. I don't have any evidence like bus number or name of the conductor except concern ticket, the copy attached. It is nobodies fault than just an oversight. I request possible steps to clear due.

                        Tea break stop at worst shops

                        I would like to complaint against Tea break stops at worst shops where driver and conductor gets free food for them and they won't even worry about passengers. Today I have travelled from Trichy to tirupur. Bus stopped for a Tea break before kangeyam in a shop where no good toilets nor good food....

                        I boarded this bus (new type bus - blue color - brown seats) around 12.30 p.m. at thriuvamiyur, It reached Pondy by 3.30 p.m. and was heading to Cuddalore. I got down at Pondicherry and missed the bag which has dress. I kept it on the rack. Where can I go to get it back?

                          நான் தூத்துக்குடியில் இருந்து கேம்ப் 2 செல்வதற்காக தூத்துக்குடி பழைய பேருந்து நிலையம் அருகே தேதி 17.02.2022 நேரம் 12:20 மதியம் நின்று கொண்டு இருந்தேன். பேருந்து வந்த போது (கேம்ப் 1 கேம்ப் 2 செல்லும் பேருந்து) பேருந்தை நிறுத்தி வேண்டி கை நீட்டி செய்கை காட்டினேன் ஆனால் பேருந்து ஓட்டுநர் அதை கவனித்த போதும் பேருந்தை நிறுத்த முடியாது என்று செய்கை காட்டி சென்று விட்டார். தயவு செய்து உரிய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுகிறேன்.

                            Am from villupuram..In a old bus stand, i asked bus time for Thalavanur bus to a bus time officer who was in charge of Wednesday 4 pm.. Simply he is speaking with his known person for 15 mins.. I asked him again and again but he told me later only.. This is very I faced.. So please kindly take action against him or I move this issue to a higher official.. Thanking you..waiting for your response..thank you

                                  I booked a bus from Chennai to Dindigul on 27th January, 2022 from the SETC/TNSTC.

                                  The process of booking was over and the money, Rs 475, got deducted from my account. However when i tried to download my ticket, it said that it was a failed transaction. The transaction no. is OB16177565.

                                  I already sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@tnstc.in and [protected]@billdesk.com. I also tried contacting their telephone but there was no response for the mail and the phone is always busy.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    This is regarding payment balance cheating by BUS CONDUCTOR (Nagercoil to trivandrum bus). I have travelled on 14th Feb 2022 from Padanthalumoodu stop to trivandrum bus stand by TNSTC bus started at morning around 9am while taking ticket I have given 100rs payment against 48rs ticket that time Conductor told balance 52rs will be provide later, but after 10 mins later I asked the balance amount(52rs).

                                    The Conductor was argued with me as 'you have provided only 50rs, sir it's like very cheat by the Conductor to passengers!!! After my most arguments he have told after last stop he may tally the amount if have any excess amount he will be refunded the balance amount.
                                    Finally before reaching the destination he came to near my seat and refunded the balance amount!!! Sir, after several arguments he refunded the balance amount same if any other non educated innocent passengers got this problems means how this type of Conductor will treat them!!

                                    Request you to kindly take this matter very seriously & please do the needful for avoid this kind of problems in future!! It's one of the Disrespect for TN government in other states.

The Conductor and driver approached very rude and get off from the bus ...The bus was TN 63 N 1998 கா/ம ...Its hurted so much ...please do needful action against both of them.
