I was travelling by no 87 route from pondicherry to chennai ( ticket no. 083625) - AM86.
I understand the government announced to run buses with 75% capacity, but bus was full with few standing and conductor was not wearing mask properly, and many passengers in the bus was not wearing mask. Conductor was not insisting the passengers to were mask.

I have booked ticket in SETC Bus on 9th jan-2022- sunday and a return ticket on 10th jan-2022- Monday.
Due to lockdown it's been cancelled as below :-

I tried booking my online ticket from Chennai to Karaikudi on 7 pm. The website showed error message after paying. However amount was deducted
on 7:01 pm, but there was no confirmation message whatsoever until 8:47 pm. Assuming I wil get a refund, I have boarded another bus unreserved on 8:15. There was no message, no email. Nothing to confirm my booking!. But they are fine with deducting the money first from my bank....

But the bus went to Krishnagiri bus stand which was not supposed to do. Asking this, he replied that his superior asked him to do so. All buses arriving in our town do not arrive on time as scheduled by the Department of Transportation.
So the public is very vulnerable.

As per government rules they both are not wearing mask and they fully loaded the bus and not as like 50 percentage of passengers, please consider this as my request...
