I have booked bus from salem to Chennai on 13/2/2022, Amount was debited from my account but ticket was not booked, I have tried booking the same seat second time, at second attempt it was booked after paying, So I have paid twice for a single ticket, I'm waiting for my first payment to refund.

Sir we are living in market Street, bus depot opposite ariyalur, ariyalur district 621704, we are continuously suffering from the smoke coming out from the bus depot ariyalur, I think it is a smoke coming out of firing non compostable wastage like tyre and plastic bags. Firing non compostable wastage will cause air pollution, continuous inhaling of that smoke is hazard to us.oldage people and kids are suffering a lot out of it. So I kindly...

Hi, Me, my father and my uncle travelled from Thanjavur to Erode yesterday 11.02.22 9.30 p.m at Thanjavur bus stand we boarded the bus while getting down from the bus on 12.02.22 3.30 a.m at Erode bus stand, we found our bag Missing. We kept our bag upon the seat. One is blue color travel bag and other one is black shoulder bag. The bag contains atm card, mi charger and earphones, steel water bottle, specs, our dresses, hand bag, our bike keys.
Please consider and get it resolved as soon as possible.

In the morning 12 feb 2022 at 9:15 am, i was looking for the bus to reach the Chidambaram in panruti bustand with my mother. She is so aged, not awared about the bus routes in panruti. She asked the conductor of the bus TN 32N 3999, whether the bus will reach the chidambaram. The conductor name was kumar i think so.
. He was "not badged with uniform". The bus backside and frontside board was named with Chidambaram with "route 165". He irresponsibly replied that bus willl not go for Chidambaram. Then again i asked politely, the bus board named with chidambarm . He arrogantly replied with some bad words "the bus wont reach for you sack". The same bus driver came on the few moments. Again we asked the driver. Is this bus go for Chidambaram. The driver said yes, it will reach chidambaram. After getting so much of confusion
and conversation we get seated on the same bus with driver confirmation. The conductor kumar came for ticketing at passenger. I asked two tickets for chidambaram with Rs 500. He immediately thrown currency on my face who is disrepcting the indian currency and tried to pull out me from the bus, and said i wont run bus for you . The driver told to conductor they asked at me before entering the bus. He replied that driver, without my knowledge, how will take the passenger. "they are senseless that scolding the public horribly ". I said you are not supposed to reject the valuable indian currency by throwing on my face. I can ready to get the change after bus get reaches at chidambaram. He treated me and my mother with arrogance without any proper reasons. He refused to give the tickets for us and i forcefully asked the tickets with rs100 with help of near by passenger. I need immediate action on this conductor about his immoral behaviour. Every officer namely branch manager, managing director should take necessary action this conductor . Here i had attached the photocopy of ticket no 07383, book no :AK 59. I can prove the incident anywhere with passenger who travelled with us.

Sir, Number of students, workers and central Govt employees are using 5E bus from vada palani to Besant Nagar, but now very few buses are running. Most of the buses cancelled, so all peoples couldn't go their places timingly. Kindly release more buses for public uses.

My name vimal raj, I happed to travel bus from mayiladuthurai to peralam in government bus Kumbakonam (TN 49 N2007) the bus really in bad shape Rain Water leaking inside the bus and windows unable to lock and upper side window glass missing I'm drenched fully and every other passangers this bus really not worthy to run please take some action make the tamilnadu best as possible

From Trichy to velanganni A/C bus goes like a turtle but act like a rabbit...this bus stuck all railway crossing gates (needamangalam and koradacheri).The average travel time was 3hrs from Trichy to Thiruvarur. But we didn't reach The location past 4hrs . We are waiting in the gate .please do some action for this report.

I'm traveling from Nondimedu to Aruvankadu Nilgiris. Bus number plate தநா 43 நா 0860 Nilgiris - Erode. Not stopping in nondimedu bus stop, he crossed 10 meters and then slowed, I ran to pick the bus, suddenly the blind elder driver pick that bus fast. I suppose to fell down. TN government should condemn him..

I catch the bus in Vellore bus stand.I asked ticket for poonamalle and he is giving for Chennai and telling some wrong reason and he refused my words and went off. I request to take some action to that conductor.

I traveled from chettikulam to vishwanathapuram by 3 number anuvijay township which is departed on 6:10 am. While traveling one passenger forgot the bus stop in which he is to went. So the conductor use bad words on him... While I am taking taking ticket he is not move from his place. He called me as yay take ticket. Is this the right way to treat passenger? Kindly take action on him... He is not wearing his batch so I couldn't find his name...

Dear Sir/Madam, I have tried to book the TNSTC bus ticket on 06/02/2022 from TIRUPATHI to SALEM. Unfortunately, the ticket was not booked but money has been debited from Bank Account. Please refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible.

I got down in ERODE at 2.30am from Theni. I am working in bank sector near by avinashi and I have to joined on morning duty on today 05.01.2022, I asked the 2 bus conductor M SENTHIL KUMAR will stop for avinashi but he said that there is no stop there. Bus number TN 29 N 2952. His answer is not satisfied to me. Why midnight covai buses were not stopped in avinashi?

I am Aishwarya.. I have travelled from Thottiyam to Namakkal Bus No : TN 45 N 4132.. Conductor standing behind me..He hit me at back head for more 5 times.. I told to move little bit sir it hurting me a lot.. He said its my fault i only to sit here... And punch my shoulder with his hand and hurted my leg with his slippered leg and use some bad words to scold me...Its very bad

Today 4.02.2022 morning i strated journey perumgalathur to cuddalore during the journey bus was toped at one motel near thindivanam that time without check the passenger counts bus was strated the journey again this kind of activities very harmful. Myself going to operation at cuddalore GH hospital along with surgical instruments .some one helped me by bike to catch the same bus that time driver and conductor not responding properly kindlydotheneedful. I'm a woman i m traveling in free women bus
Salem junction to new busstand at (02/02/2022) in 3:40 to 3:50am bus number is 13. The conductor extorted money from female passengers by not giving them free tickets.he charged 12rs for every passenger bur the actual bus fee is 6rs. He is behave rude to every passenger and he hide is name badge.

N. 3702)at yesterday[protected] mrng 8:45 am...iam given 10 rupees coin to get the ticket but the conducter... Is not accepted the coin and he told me get out of the bus... I don't know who told to not accept the 10 rupees coin... Luckily I have bought 100 rupees note... Otherwise what is the situation will be happened to me... So pls take the action immediately sir...

But when I seated in bus and asked for ticket conductor given me ticket upto Perambalur.wheni ask the reason he is saying bus is going upto Perambalur.
