I boarded this bus (new type bus - blue color - brown seats) around 12.30 p.m. at thriuvamiyur, It reached Pondy by 3.30 p.m. and was heading to Cuddalore. I got down at Pondicherry and missed the bag which has dress. I kept it on the rack. Where can I go to get it back?

    நான் தூத்துக்குடியில் இருந்து கேம்ப் 2 செல்வதற்காக தூத்துக்குடி பழைய பேருந்து நிலையம் அருகே தேதி 17.02.2022 நேரம் 12:20 மதியம் நின்று கொண்டு இருந்தேன். பேருந்து வந்த போது (கேம்ப் 1 கேம்ப் 2 செல்லும் பேருந்து) பேருந்தை நிறுத்தி வேண்டி கை நீட்டி செய்கை காட்டினேன் ஆனால் பேருந்து ஓட்டுநர் அதை கவனித்த போதும் பேருந்தை நிறுத்த முடியாது என்று செய்கை காட்டி சென்று விட்டார். தயவு செய்து உரிய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுகிறேன்.

      Am from villupuram..In a old bus stand, i asked bus time for Thalavanur bus to a bus time officer who was in charge of Wednesday 4 pm.. Simply he is speaking with his known person for 15 mins.. I asked him again and again but he told me later only.. This is very I faced.. So please kindly take action against him or I move this issue to a higher official..           Normally in 777 sholinghur to vellore ticket rate is ₹45 but in hosur to thiruthani bus asking ₹5 extra ie: sholinghur to vellore they are asking ₹50 bus num plate(TN 23 N 2409

            I booked a bus from Chennai to Dindigul on 27th January, 2022 from the SETC/TNSTC.

            The process of booking was over and the money, Rs 475, got deducted from my account. However when i tried to download my ticket, it said that it was a failed transaction. The transaction no. is OB16177565.

            I already sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@tnstc.in and [protected]@billdesk.com. I also tried contacting their telephone but there was no response for the mail and the phone is always busy.

              Respected sir,
              This is regarding payment balance cheating by BUS CONDUCTOR (Nagercoil to trivandrum bus). I have travelled on 14th Feb 2022 from Padanthalumoodu stop to trivandrum bus stand by TNSTC bus started at morning around 9am while taking ticket I have given 100rs payment against 48rs ticket that time Conductor told balance 52rs will be provide later, but after 10 mins later I asked the balance amount(52rs).

              The Conductor was argued with me as 'you have provided only 50rs, sir it's like very cheat by the Conductor to passengers!!! After my most arguments he have told after last stop he may tally the amount if have any excess amount he will be refunded the balance amount.
              Finally before reaching the destination he came to near my seat and refunded the balance amount!!! Sir, after several arguments he refunded the balance amount same if any other non educated innocent passengers got this problems means how this type of Conductor will treat them!!

              Request you to kindly take this matter very seriously & please do the needful for avoid this kind of problems in future!! It's one of the Disrespect for TN government in other states.

                14.02.22 we were planning to travel from Tanjore to Madurai at 12.45 A.M...we are carried small Baggage. The Conductor and driver approached very rude and get off from the bus ...The bus was TN 63 N 1998 கா/ம ...Its hurted so much ...please do needful action against both of them.

                  Hi,
                  I have booked bus from salem to Chennai on 13/2/2022, Amount was debited from my account but ticket was not booked, I have tried booking the same seat second time, at second attempt it was booked after paying, So I have paid twice for a single ticket, I'm waiting for my first payment to refund.

                    Sir we are living in market Street, bus depot opposite ariyalur, ariyalur district 621704, we are continuously suffering from the smoke coming out from the bus depot ariyalur, I think it is a smoke coming out of firing non compostable wastage like tyre and plastic bags.                     Hi, Me, my father and my uncle travelled from Thanjavur to Erode yesterday 11.02.22 9.30 p.m at Thanjavur bus stand we boarded the bus while getting down from the bus on 12.02.22 3.30 a.m at Erode bus stand, we found our bag Missing. We kept our bag upon the seat. One is blue color travel bag and other one is black shoulder bag. The bag contains atm card, mi charger and earphones, steel water bottle, specs, our dresses, hand bag, our bike keys.

                      In the morning 12 feb 2022 at 9:15 am, i was looking for the bus to reach the Chidambaram in panruti bustand with my mother. She is so aged, not awared about the bus routes in panruti. She asked the conductor of the bus TN 32N 3999, whether the bus will reach the chidambaram. The conductor name was kumar i think so.
                      . He was "not badged with uniform". The bus backside and frontside board was named with Chidambaram with "route 165". He irresponsibly replied that bus willl not go for Chidambaram. Then again i asked politely, the bus board named with chidambarm . He arrogantly replied with some bad words "the bus wont reach for you sack". The same bus driver came on the few moments. Again we asked the driver. Is this bus go for Chidambaram. The driver said yes, it will reach chidambaram. After getting so much of confusion
                      and conversation we get seated on the same bus with driver confirmation. The conductor kumar came for ticketing at passenger. I asked two tickets for chidambaram with Rs 500. He immediately thrown currency on my face who is disrepcting the indian currency and tried to pull out me from the bus, and said i wont run bus for you . The driver told to conductor they asked at me before entering the bus. He replied that driver, without my knowledge, how will take the passenger. "they are senseless that scolding the public horribly ". I said you are not supposed to reject the valuable indian currency by throwing on my face. I can ready to get the change after bus get reaches at chidambaram. He treated me and my mother with arrogance without any proper reasons. He refused to give the tickets for us and i forcefully asked the tickets with rs100 with help of near by passenger. I need immediate action on this conductor about his immoral behaviour. Every officer namely branch manager, managing director should take necessary action this conductor . Here i had attached the photocopy of ticket no 07383, book no :AK 59. I can prove the incident anywhere with passenger who travelled with us.

                      I am traveling Chennai to chidhambaram. Am carrying a toy cycle for 1year baby. It's around 2 or 3 kg. From Chennai to cuddalore i do not get charged. But cuddalore to chidhambaram cunductor insist to pay me. I asked his staff no but he refused to share it. And as per transport policy more then 15kg or electronic item if we carrying we should take luggage charged.

                      Kindly educate the staffs.

                      And I need to justification. For it ...

                        Sir, Number of students, workers and central Govt employees are using 5E bus from vada palani to Besant Nagar, but now very few buses are running. Most of the buses cancelled, so all peoples couldn't go their places timingly. Kindly release more buses for public uses.

                            From Trichy to velanganni A/C bus goes like a turtle but act like a rabbit...this bus stuck all railway crossing gates (needamangalam and koradacheri).The average travel time was 3hrs from Trichy to Thiruvarur. But we didn't reach The location past 4hrs . We are waiting in the gate .please do some action for this report.

                                I'm traveling from Nondimedu to Aruvankadu Nilgiris. Bus number plate தநா 43 நா 0860 Nilgiris - Erode. Not stopping in nondimedu bus stop, he crossed 10 meters and then slowed, I ran to pick the bus, suddenly the blind elder driver pick that bus fast. I suppose to fell down. TN government should condemn him..

                                    I traveled from chettikulam to vishwanathapuram by 3 number anuvijay township which is departed on 6:10 am. While traveling one passenger forgot the bus stop in which he is to went. So the conductor use bad words on him... While I am taking taking ticket he is not move from his place. He called me as yay take ticket. Is this the right way to treat passenger? Kindly take action on him... He is not wearing his batch so I couldn't find his name...
