Dear Sir/Madam,

Town Bus No :4C(To Cuddalore), not stopped in the stopping Alapakkam Railway Gate today(11th Jan 2022), Time 9:02am.The bus is not too crowd, the driver not interested to stop in that stopping, he driven the bus very fastly.The particular bus stop having railway track, speed breakers.

Due to this issue I have reached my office 15Minutes late, half day salary(Rs.750-) will be deducted from my account.

Requesting you to take necessary action on driver and get the half day salary from driver.

    I have booked ticket in SETC Bus on 9th jan-2022- sunday and a return ticket on 10th jan-2022- Monday.
    Due to lockdown it's been cancelled as below :-

    1) Your ticket is cancelled for JourneyDate:10/01/2022, Tripcode:1605OOTNAG, PNR:T34049672, Seat:12. Amount will be credited to your account/card within 15 working days.

    I tried booking my online ticket from Chennai to Karaikudi on 7 pm. The website showed error message after paying. However amount was deducted
    on 7:01 pm, but there was no confirmation message whatsoever until 8:47 pm. Assuming I wil get a refund, I have boarded another bus unreserved on 8:15. There was no message, no email. Nothing to confirm my booking!. But they are fine with deducting the money first from my bank.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I'm travelling from Hosur to Salem in a 1 to 1 bus which is traveling between the points. The bus conductor collected price for 1 to 1 fair. But the bus went to Krishnagiri bus stand which was not supposed to do. Asking this, he replied that his superior asked him to do so. My point is, they should've informed us in the Hosur bus stand but they didn't. And the should've collected normal fair for this route which also they didn't. Why should people pay for a premium fair and take a travel for normal route.

      Please take it as serious issue and do the needful on top priority.

              Respected Sir/Madam on 2018 The hiked price for Devakottai karaikudi &karaikudi Devakottai is on government bus 17 Rs And pvt Bus 15Rs Bus And miniumum charge is 10 Rs Due To Under groud Drainage is Project is going on last 2 years the buses are Run Anonther way 7kms extra to reach karaikudi and Devakottai.Now 90% o[censored]nderground drainage work finished And all the buses are Runs in Old Way But they are not reduce the fare. So i kindly request to take a action to reduce a fare Thanking you

                Good Morning.

                I am a Senior Citizen staying at Sriram Nagar ( Eswar Nagar ) Chettipalayam Road Podanur.

                This mail is sent as a last resort to get a long time issue resolved.

                This is a grievance pertaining to the Bus No 4 R/ S which runs between Eswar Nagar to Kathirnaickenpalayam ( beyond Thudiyalur).

                The Morning Trip which terminates at Eswar Nagar Chettipalayam Road Podanur is terminated at Balaji Bakery at the entrance to Sriram Nagar Chettipalayam Road Podanur with the Driver parking the vehicle on the main Road and they leave the vehicle there and go for breakfast to Konar Mess at the location.

                Inspite of repeated reminders to park the vehicle at the terminus point ( a little farther near Hotel Poongodi ) or at the opposite Bus Stop at location, the crew does not heed to the request .

                Similarly since the vehicle is parked at the location, being a terminus, some citizens take to the freedom of being seated in the parked vehicle as the Bus is ready for its next trip starting from the Terminus ( of Eswar Nagar Chettipalayam Road Podanur) to its next destination. The crew object to this stating that the citizens need to get down and board the bus at the opposite location which is the Bus Stop.

                The argument is agreed. But the Crew does not have the right to park the Bus on the Main Road, which is a crucial junction and being a multi roads culminating point, parking a vehicle near a Bakery ( adjacent to their breakfast location/ hotel ) for the convenience of the Crew is also an offence, which needs to be viewed seriously.

                The Crew may kindly be advised suitably in the matter to

                a. Stop immediately, the parking of the vehicle in front of Balaji Bakery at Sriram Nagar Chettipalayam Road Podanur
                b. Avoid the problems created by the Public Transport carrier being parked at a multi roads converging point and accidents happening there
                c. Get the vehicle Parked at the terminal point and facilitate the general public board the vehicle and be comfortably seated until the crew finish the breakfast at the hotel just opposite the parking lot which is at only a small walking distance.
                d. Immediately ensure compliance of the request, which has been given a scant respect by the Crew of 4 R/ S Route Number operating from Eswar Nagar Chettipalayam Road Podanur ( especially at peak hour / Busy Hour of the starting time of 9 AM ) to Kathirnaickenpalayam beyond Thudiyalur.

                The inconvenience caused by this communication is regretted Sir.

                Can we have your kind attention to the matter and look forward to your favourable reply in the matter.

                        I have travelled from madurai to sattur and I was taken my laptop from my on tirumanglam due to offical reports to send immediately basis, but same time while opening my laptop conductor came to me asked for ticket I have informed I was taken ticket form madurai mattuthavani, he said I asked for lap top lauggege ticket

                        I asked him those products not then 5 kg above why u asking me for lauggaege ticket ( even I have used mini laptop which is 1.800 gm )

                        He not at explain any thing, but saying that to get out of from bus orelse take ticket

                        I have request to explain what is the process & procedure but he keep on telling that get out from bus

                        Am not noticed bus number & because lots office call in bus, , here I have to metion this also as per his said electronic materials not to take in bus ...then what's abt mobile he said that also not to take ...I said then all r using mobile now days ) how would able to charge for that

                        Finally I have more disappointed and relaxing my self and sir, go and see as ur duty am not take mobile also

                        Note :- due to my offical reports I have opened my laptop within 2 min this above explained happen

                        Note 2:-- if gov conductor following roles properly ... conductor not weard ask

                        And while giveing tickets he used to touch tongue taking out every tickets ??? Am not ready take video at the time

                        Still am from them they aksing rules and regulations am following already mask, social distance etc ..
                        I will capture all without mask conductor and make file and give justice court

                          Dear TNSTC Management,
                          I am travelled Thirumangalam to sattur in thirunelveli bus.My co-passenger is using his laptop and conductor is noticed if you carrying using laptop also chargeable. He showed me a rule book mentioning luggage charges for computer, monitor, keyboard n other accessories. I explained him clearly that the computer meant a desktop n not a laptop. He refused to accept without any reasons.I need clarification about I am wrong or the conductor is correct.

                            Dear sir,
                            The pollachi to kovai buses are not stoping sidco bus stop. Sidco is a more than 1000 of small and large scale industries provided area. More than lakhs of workers are working in various shifts. Pollachi and than surrounding area people's are mostly working in sidco. The buses are stoping only morning time. So other shift workers are more struggling for transportation.
                            Bus fare for ordinary bus is Rs 22/- and Express bus is 30/-.
                            We are kindly request to you solving the problem and help the people.

                                Vide PNR No. T33884795 dtd 26/12/2021 my niece and her friend were travelling from Tuticorin to Chennai in SETC - TNSTC bus.
                                Bus, with Regn. No. TN01AN0977, on arrival for boarding at Tuticorin had the Route Board as 170/A instead of 170 UD given in the e-Ticket. On checking up with the SETC staff it was advised to board in this bus. Journey was performed by the passengers in this bus.
                                Please clarify the following:
                                Whether it was a mistake in the Route Board or Wrong Bus was allotted against the 170 UD bus, if so Refund if any may be given.

                                    The driver of madurai to kumily route bus starting at 11.45 pm from madurai have very bad temper. He behaved rudely and even verbally abused just for asking him whether I could sit in front seat which was free at that moment. He asked me to get down from the bus and said he will not allow me to ride that bus. He was giving death threats and verbally assaulting me.

                                      Bus no: 20 amorpalli bus 31/12/2021 time 3:25pm at vellore bus stop. The passengers are waiting for the bus but the bus didn't stop at the standing and we ran to the next stopping near a the vellore fort stop using the bridge. And the we asked the conductor about the incident he didn't respond well and also blaming us. Also behaved irrespective, he was wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pant

                                      Even before 3weeks the bus was late for half an hour during our exams

                                      When we asked about the issue of time with the same conductor he did not responded well and scolded us to go in different bus

                                      As we women's are traveling freely he is treating us very very badly

                                      Not even stopping at the stop sometimes when girls r women's was there

                                      He was wearing a sky blue colour shirt and dark blue pant.

                                      Please do the needful to the passengers and they need justice and also kindly reply to this complaint
