Hope you are doing well.
Thisis rajesh from Mathur-Tamilnadu. This complaint about conductor refused to stop at Mathur bus stand and stated that bus was not going to mathur bus stand and it was going by-pass.
Due to my personal work I went chennai and retired back at Thiruvannamalai at 8.30 pm and I was waiting for Bangalore bus or Hosur bus. In Bangalore bus conductor stated that go for hosur bus and you have to wait for till hosur bus arrives and stated that will go by pass and I asked him to stop at by pass and he refused and stated that go for hosur bus.
1.why mathur stop was not there for passengers. I kep seat and seated in some place and stated that to leave from bus.
2.some passenger asked to stop at uthangarai and he stated that to wait once Bangalore passenger occupies in seats.
Why this much of partiality for passenger.
3.Mathur is being the stop and not going some buses to bus stand at night times.

I traveled from Gandhipuram ( Coimbatore, Tamilnadu) to Cheranmanagar today 11/12/2021 evening about 2:30 pm in a bus number 68 and the conductor made inappropriate comments about my dress in front of all the passengers though I was travelling with my husband he commented on the relationship status which hurt me a lot. I would like to notify that we are a Srilankan couple and our dressing sense does vary from the local public. My husband who arrived in India last 23rd was very upset about the way foreigners are treated in local transportation in India. Hope you would give me a reply on the action taken on this issue.

Really it's very pathetic very worst bus. I travelled PNR T33791343 route no 664UD 9.15 pm TN01AN1119 coimbatore to nagercoil. Actually i booked through online and website shows that new bus image but physically its very worst seat condition and worst windows. From coimbatore to nagercoil average 10hrs long journey but the condition of bus is very poor. Most of the buses are replaced only coimbatore to nagercoil buses not yet

I used to travel from Chengalpattu tollgate to sothupakkam for wedding reception on last Tuesday night 07-12-21 around 7pm. While bording I asked to the bus conductor the Bus will stop on the that station or not. He ensuring it will stops. After boarded me and wife after crossing Chengalpattu he gives me ticket for travel. And said bus will be not stopped that station and get down on melmaruvathor. I stunned because before boarding I asked 6 more buses will stop or not on sothupakkam station due to we kept my children home alone.to reach home earlier.he very desappointed me also put me in stressed.
My humble request is for the revenue of transportation don't play with passenger life. And train the conductor how treat a citizen's. Also take necessary action on him. I attached the bus conductor image for reference. And the bus number is TN21N1667.

On 11th December 2021, at 7'10 am the driver who drove the bus to Melmidalam from Marthandam didn't allow the 2 women passengers onboard, saying the bus wouldn't go to their destination, even when the bus go through their destination and bus was so empty. Please take necessary action against this kind of activities.

We book 10.45 pm non ac sleeper bus in koyembedu bus terminal three is delay in timing and alternate bus deployed for the Bangalore travel with old bus, because we feel inconvenience in the entire travel, if the alternate deploy means the same kind of bus need be there but we got an normal semi sleeper bus. We spent high spare and service is very annoyed.

வணக்கம் ஐயா, 9/12/2021, நேற்று மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு நானும் என் தோழியும் சாராள் தக்கர் கல்லூரி அருகில் உள்ள பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இராஜகோபாலபரம் த. நா 74, நா. 0871 இலவச பேருந்தில் பாளை பேருந்து நிலையம் செல்வதற்காக ஏறிணோம். அதில் நடத்துனர் எங்களிடம் காசு வசூலித்தார். இது இலவச பேருந்து இல்லையா ஏன் காசு என்று நான் பொருமையாக கேட்டதற்கு, அது என் இஷ்டம், என்று கூறி மிகவும் கடினமான வார்த்தைகள் கூறி எங்களை திட்டினார். ஐயா எனக்கு இலவச டிக்கெட் தர வேண்டியது தானே என்று கேட்டதற்கு, அது என் இஷ்டம் நீ எங்க வேண்டுமானாலும் போய் சொல்லு என்று மிகவும் அலட்சியமாக பதில் கூறினார். நாங்கள் பாளை பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறங்கினோம். இறுதி வரை நடத்துனர் எங்களை கடினமான வார்த்தைகளை கூறி தீட்டினார். இலவச டிக்கெட் தராமல் பணமும் வசூலித்தார். தயவு செய்து நடத்துனர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு வேண்டி கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

Kadiyapadanam 14v bus is seen overspeed while I was waiting for the bus and it's not stopped since I was waving at it.somehow I noticed bus driver was speaking with phone while driving where approximately within 500 meter Stella Marys college was located.the driver is so dangerous.please take action against them. This is to inform that 12X and 12 B buses arrives delayed to the respective stops. As a result bus gets crowded and passengers( students and employees) suffers a lot.
Therefore, I request you to take necessary action to provide frequent buses on time

Hello sir my name is jaikar from chennai arumbakkam. Now I am traveling from redhills bus terminus to gummudipoondi pethikuppam bus stand in cmbt to nellore bus. Bus number is TN-21 N1850 SC:41+2, I asked ticket to gummudipoondi gate bus stop ticket, conductor asked me Rs.50. Daily I am travelling by AC bus ticket around Rs.45 and normal bus by 35. Gummudipoondi is Rs.25. I want to know why he asked me extra charges and is it any special is there in this bus than the AC bus. I couldn't understand why you people steeling people's money. I'm from andhiyur to chennai bus coming erode on 7.30 but bus didn't move 8.40 but bus timing on 8.15 I'm waiting on more than one and half hour

Free ticket buses for ladies is implemented by Tamil Nadu Government. However, this bus conductor charged me a ticket price for my travel despite questioning.

After the byepass has be put on ij Salem valapady .none of the govt buses goes inside valapady town after 9 PM... People are waiting a longer time in Salem bus stand to get local bus which goes inside the town.

Requesting tnstc officers to check this and help the public ...as in late night people are struggling a lot with transportation even though the town is situated near NH.

There is AC Sleeper/Seater bus available from Pudukottai to Chennai. But this bus is not listed in Tnstc website.

When we go and enquire in office, Vinoth the incharger charges 890 rs for a ticket and just notes down the passenger name.he dont give ticket.

Could you please take some action and provide online booking facility for this bus .

மதிப்பிற்குரிய ஐயா, நான் திருச்செந்தூரிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு பொள்ளாச்சிக்கு வேலை சம்பந்தமாக நானும் எனது பெற்றோருடன் இன்று (05.12.2021; 06:00 AM) பொள்ளாச்சி பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்கு வந்தோம். நாங்கள் இந்த ஊருக்கு புதிது என்பதால் பின்பு அங்கிருந்து வடக்கிபாளையம் என்ற ஊருக்கு செல்வதற்கு பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் உள்ள சிலரிடம் கேட்டோம். அதற்கு அவர்கள் "வழித்தடம் 44" என்கிற நகர பேருந்தில் ஏறுங்கள் அதுதான் வடக்கிபாளையம் ஊருக்கு செல்லும் என்றனர். அவர்கள் சொன்னபடி காலை 06:05 மணியளவில் பொள்ளாச்சி பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்குள் வந்தது ஆனால் நகர பேருந்தின் முன்பக்க போர்டை மாற்றாமல் இருந்தது இதனால் உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்காக வழித்தடம் 44 என்கிற நகர பேருந்தில் உள்ளே இருந்த நடத்துனரிடம் இந்த பேருந்து வடக்கிபாளையம் ஊருக்கு செல்லுமா என்று கேட்டோம் அதற்கு அவரிடம் இருந்து எந்த பதிலும் வரவில்லை மறுபடியும் கேட்டதற்கு என்னை ஒரு பயணி என்று பாராமல் என்னிடம் அவர் "உனக்கு வேறு வேலை இல்லையா ஏன் காலையில வந்து என் உயிரை வாங்குறா" என்று என்னை அவமதித்து பேசினார் பின்னர் ஏன் என்று கேட்க வந்த என் பெற்றோரையும் குரல் உயர்த்தி அவமரியாதையாக கை நீட்டி பேசினார் அதற்கு நாங்களும் சார் நாங்கள் ஊருக்கு புதிது அதனால் தான் போர்டு வைக்காமல் இருந்ததால் கேட்கிறோம் தயவு செய்து சொல்லுங்கள் என்று பணிவாக கேட்டும் அந்த நகர பேருந்து நடத்துனர் எங்களது பேச்சுக்கு மதிப்பளிக்காமல் எங்களை பேருந்தில் ஏற்றி கொள்ளாமல் போர்டை உடனடியாக மாற்றி கொண்டு பேருந்தை இயக்கி சென்று விட்டார்கள். இதனால் நாங்கள் மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகி இருக்கிறோம். ஆகவே சம்பந்தபட்ட நகர பேருந்து நடத்துனர் (பெயரை மறைத்துவிட்டார்) மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து அவரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்துமாறு தாழ்மையோடு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.இனி இதுபோல் நடக்காமல் இருக்கவும் அவருக்கு புரியும் விதமாகவும் இருக்க குறைந்தபட்ச தண்டனையாக அவரை சில நாட்கள் இடைக்கால பணி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். இதன் மூலம் இவ்வாறு அவமரியாதையாக பேசுகின்ற தமிழ்நாட்டில் பணிபுரியும் மற்ற ஒரு சில அரசு பேருந்து நடத்துனர்களுக்கும் இது ஒரு பாடமாக அமையும் என்று நம்புகிறேன்.

Sir i am travel from erode to madurai . Front seats are vacant conductor says its only for females. All the seat are engagedby two or three and front seats are vacant one three member seat and one two member seat even after karur it is vacant but conductor dont allow me to sit . Even in this night time i am sitting in three members seat. With other two persons . I am asking theh says even a checking is coming they fault them and case against of it . Is it true?!? Collecting 3 times fair by the mistake of bus
I just travel for 22 km But they make fair for 56 km Ticket fair ism from Trichy Thuvakudi Tollplaza To Trichy junction Normal fair Rs.20 But They collected and make tickets for Tanjore to Trichy got 3 times of ticket they told this is nonstop they won't have any intimation on bus frond side of glass and the conductor has not initiate it's too bad
The department need to rectify their some mistakes
நான் இன்று காலை சுமார் 2 மணி அளவில் துவாககுடி அருகில் உள்ள சுங்கச்சாவடிஇல் Tn 45N4259 எனும் பேருந்தில் நான் ஏறினேன் திருச்சி ஜங்ஷன் செல்வதற்காக ஏறினேன் எனக்கும் ஜங்ஷன் பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்கு சுமார் 22 Km தூரம் இடைவெளி சாதாரண பேருந்தில் Ticket fair Rs.20 May be in Express Rs.25

ஆனால் இன்று நான் பயணித்த போது டிக்கெட் fair Rs . 60 அவர்கள் குளிர்சாதன பேருந்து என்றனர் ஆனால் சாதாரண கட்டணத்தை விட குளிர்சாதன பேருந்தில் வசூலிக்கும் கட்டணத்தை விட கூடதலாக 40% வாங்குவது வழக்கம் அதை ஏற்கிறேன்
ஆனால் இது மூன்று மடங்கு அவர்கள் பதிவு செய்த நிறுத்தம் தஞ்சாவூர் நான் ஏறிய இடத்திற்கும் இந்த ஸ்டேஜ்கும் சுமார் 34 km தூரம் நான் கேட்டதற்கு இது 1, 2, 3 அக் பஸ் என்றார்கள் இதற்கான ஸ்டிக்கர்(1-1 என்பதற்கோ அல்லது குளிர்சாதன பேருந்து என்பதற்காகவோ )எதுவம் முன் பக்கம் ஒட்டபடவில்லை கேட்டதற்கு பஸ் accident அதான் கண்ணாடியில் எதும் இல்லை என்றார் நீதான் பாத்து எறிருக்கணும் என்று நடத்துநர் கூறினார் நான் வருகிற ஸ்டாப் துவாகுடில என்னை இறக்கிவிடுங்கள் அடுத்த பேருந்தில் செல்கிறேன் என்றேன் எங்களுககு ஸ்டேஜ் இல்லை நிறுத்த முடியாது என்றார் நான் பயணசீட்டு எடுக்க மறுத்து வாக்குவாதம் ஏற்பட்டது பின்னர் நீங்க மனு போடுங்க இந்த நேரத்தில் நிறுத்தி ஏற்றி இருக்கக்கூடாது என்றார் நடத்துநர் நான் நிறுத்தியதால் பேசவில்லை ஏறும்போது அவர்கள் சொல்லி இருக்கலாம் அல்லது முன்புறம் எதேனும் ஸ்டிக்கர் ஒட்டி இருக்கலாம் இதில் நான் எப்படி எதும் இல்லாமல் தெரிந்துகொள்வது பேருந்தில் எல்லா லைட்ஸும் ஆஃப் செய்யபட்டிருந்தது இதில் என்னுடைய தவறு என்ன இருக்கின்றது பேருந்து மக்களுக்காக தானே அது மக்களை மணவருத்தம் மற்றும் சங்கடத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையில் இருப்பதை நான் ஒரு கருத்தாக எடுத்து கூறுகிறேன்

In a current situation inside bus we need umbrella because most of the government buses are not maintaining property lots of demages inside bus not clear quality checking to be done government buses or not!!!

Example : I travelled theni to bodi in govt bus yesterday inside bus dropping waters in every seat not able to sit!!
