This is Gokul from the Thiruvarur district. Since my early years, I have resided in Valacheri.
I left my village of Valacheri and travelled to Mannargudi today, October 24, 23. About 15 kilometres separates them. According to government regulations, it costs Rs. 12 to go from Valacheri to Mannargudi; nevertheless, commercial bus transportation charges a hefty Rs. 15 for the same route. I hurt more from it. Please intervene to prevent private bus transportation and protect the general people.

      Respected sir,
      My name is J. Abdul Moinuddin, I travelled from Chennai to Krishnagiri from CMBT bus stand koyembedu on 20th November, 2023 in a special bus.
      During my travel I lost my Purse inside the bus which contains cash and other important documents.

      We started our travel from 4.30pm. It is the only bus started from koyembedu while all others buses shifted to poonamalle. I forgot the bus number but I have...

        I attempted to reserve two tickets with SETC on October 20, 2023, from Coimbatore to Tiruchendur. My account has been debited for Rs. 900, but the ticket has not yet been reserved. Please settle this issue and issue the money back as soon as you can.

        We were traveling from Dharmapuri to salem in ordinary govt bus ( TN 29N 2773) morning (8.30 am -10.00am), i was travelling along with my Dad (71yrs old ), we requested to conductor to stop at Manipal hospital, salem but th3 conductor refused to stop, which leads me to get down in another traffic place and return by some other bus. The ordinary givt bus stopped at various places around 20 plus stops during the journey ( some places bus stop and non bustops ), why is he refused to stop us ? We had to go hospital at 10.00am, it gives is inconvenience and I begged the conductor to stop many times, but he refused.. I wouldn't have asked if that bus is point to point, but it stopped more than 20 places, this is humiliation.
        As a proper tax paying citizen I want justice of conductor action

          Bus number ending with 1457, the conductor assumed I'd be okay with him not paying me back rs1, the ticket costs 19 and I gave him rs20.
          He went to the other end before I could ask him and the bus got crowded.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,
            I have tried to book one ticket of ₹425 from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli on 11 oct, 2023 through Tnstc mobile app. Amount of ₹ 425 debited from my account but ticket not booked. I have sent mail to billdesk lot of times by attaching bank statement and booking status of ticket ( OB ref no : OB[protected]. They didn't give approval for my refund and they not responding. Kindly do the needful.

                On 28/09/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Rajapalayam in SETC. Amount Rs.600/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.i need money immediately.

                I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

                I booked a ticket in setc bus from Chennai to mettupalayam for journey date of 13th Oct. I booked the seat no 13(W), which is under ladies quota.
                But the conductor given the seat no 14 to male passenger.
                I asked conductor how he can gave ladies seat to male passenger but he replied that "it was cancelled". And also I asked him to allocate some other seat to that male passenger, but he refused by saying there is no seat available.
                Eventhough I booked in ladies quota. I was sitting with unknown male passenger from Chennai to mettupalayam.
                I really had worst experience with this journey.

                Please advise me, if a men can travel in ladies quota means what is the purpose of ladies quota?

                I hope I will get justice for this action,

                  Raguram bus from Tiruvannamalai to kalakurichi route bus.I am disappointed in bus driver and the conductor on arrogance behaviour towards me as a women.They asked me to get down from the bus and take another bus when I about to take ticket for vanapuram place Eve though the bus is half empty.I was not feeling well to stand.Need nesaccary action to be taken on both driver and the conductor.

                      In every bus I saw so many passengers leave the rupees from 1 to 9. Why they all conductors taking money from passengers.
                      They are not giving the proper change to anyone

                        Dear Team,

                        Just now I tried to board Salem to Coimbatore bus to alight at my dropping point Avinashi bus stand.

                        There are many buses. I have asked conductor at one bus whether this bus goes to Avinashi or not. He rudely behaved at me as "all buses go everywhere, am I have to tell you this detail, get away. " in very harsh manner. Then he told me to board bus near to me which is Point to Point bus which does not enter into the Avinashi bus stand. What a hell mindset he has. Really frustrated. Please take necessary action immediately on him.

                            I have travelled from Tirunelveli to Sriviliputhur recently. While I return the bus I took at Sriviliputhur around 12:30. It was running very slow and stopped at all stops. Atleast this is acceptable as there are passengers from rural villages. But the driver stopped at rajapalayam for lunch and took break as 30mins. Almost 45 passengers in the bus was sitting at hot sun. Before dropping for lunch conductor didn't even inform the time for break. And later again they stopped for 15 mins at sankarankoil. Totally unfair. When a passenger asked conductor about such delay he started arguing and said that the government instruction is like that. I really appreciate for such a good higher official for maintaining such a discipline in their organisation.

                              I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to book 5 bus tickets from Chennai to Salem from TNSTC official website on 28/09/2023. I logged in as a Guest user since I do not have an SETC user account. Unfortunately, although the amount of Rs.2560/- was debited from my bank account, the ticket was not successfully booked. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and refunding the debited amount.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai via Madurai and the bus timing is at 19.30 PM on Oct 3rd, 2023. My transaction is done through the UPI QR code from the website through my Paytm app. My Money is debited from my account and I have received no ticket. The website shows an NGIX error. Currently, I have booked an expensive private bus for my travel because my ticket is not being received. Kindly help to get back my rs 740 which I paid for the TNSTC website.
                                  I have called multiple helplines but it's not working. I can share my transaction id if needed.
