Am jeeva,
In Chennai there is a s53 bus having a bus route of vangaram to ambattur .they are not following the time schedule as per the government issued tume schedule they are coming whenever they want .if the public asks they are not responding proplely because of that many of the public got affected with their timings, so kindly check and resolve this attitude from the s53 buses as soon as possible sir.

This person was targeting on us for traveling 2kms at this Bus. Already he had same argument but this is his second time targeting young womens particularly. He was asking us not to come at this Bus. And his rubbish words hurted us the more. Please take action on this particular person. We women doesn't need free of charge without any respect.

I already registered a complaint. We are not getting right action for that. In peak hours like morning and evening not even getting frequently bus. What people do. It so rushed in bus in the covid period. It's not safe for people. Please response for this complaint.

I was travelling from trichy to hosur but there wasn't sufficient buses for hosur and then we took bus to Salem and the we were kept waited for to travel to hosur but then there was also insufficient buses to hosur if we get Inna Bangalore buses the conductors are saying to get down which will go through hosur but why is this happening in chief minister from DMK Stalin's period but in edappadi's period there was sufficient buses and there was no problem during festival periods this happened exactly on 12th September 2021 after Vinayagar chathurthi however there will be no action will be taken from the government of tamilnadu

Sir, I had completed Journey from Tambaram to Madurai through Bus Route No. 104 on 09/09/2021. During journey conductor not return balance money Rs. 100/- to me. Balance amount entry made in behind the ticket which was available in my custody vide ticket No. 85272, 85273 for the denomination of Each Rs.200/- and No
13037 for the denomination of Rs.10/-. Total Rs.410/-. But my paid Rs. 510/-. Request to intimate solution fot get money from said conductor. My mobile number is [protected].

Today afternoon i (male) and my friend (female) travelled from guindy to thirumangalam in 170C bus no: TN 01 AN 1280 .. I asked for two tickets one for me ticket charge 16rs and a women free ticket but the conductor refused to give free ticket for women which government as order to provide it and he also scolded me for asking about the free ticket system..so kindly take neccessary action against these type of buses who were not following the rules imposed by the Tamilnadu state transport corporation and solve grivence nd forward it to my mail vikasraja.[protected]@gmail.com

We have waited so long in villupuram bus stand for Trichy bus as it is festival time all bus were fully rush. So by 11.15 we got Madurai bus. We were 4 members my 2 daughters, husband and myself. Suddenly bus conductor Came and asked us to keep my younger daughter in lap inspite Pf saying that we will take ticket. He insisted passengers especially us to get down of the bus saying only Madurai passengers should board. He won't accept Trichy passengers to sit. He was very rude and shouted very badly not even a concern as women. When madurai passengers are there others should not sit. And made us get down from the bus. Stating that he won't go to Trichy. Kindly take necessary action on him. He refused to say his name and no name batch on his shirt so I have enclosed bus no. Timing 11.40 it left the bus stop.

I've boarded a bus from Tambaram to jayamkondam @12:00pm 09/092021.Conductor gave me the ticket of cmbt to jayamkondam Rs/-235 (time printed in the @11:00pm) .. I've told him that I have boarded in Tambaram only why this extra fare and he refused to give the ticket of Tambaram to jayamkondam.But after I ve refused take the ticket and I insisted to put me ticket for Tambaram to vridhachalam. Also he refused and gave me a ticket of Chennai to vridhachalam Rs/-200. I'm raising this complaint against him by carries extra fare on my ticket by insisting the previous bus stop fare and counting the present stop fare

That we travelled from Vellore to samper bus stop at the time of 9:30 pm date 7/9/2021 . And we carry one small bag weight less than 2 kg . But the conductor charge for that bag Rs 10/- we request the conductor not to charge for that . But they refused our request . And he said If you not buy the ticket please get down from the bus

Tamilnadu goverment can stop giving tickets (no fees ticket) to ladies in bus. I dont see a point in giving no fee ticket( Kattanam illa payana seetu) when there is no charge collected. Because this system leads to a different problem. Few conductors in local bus use this option to literally yell at ladies. They say "u have to ask for ticket, u just come sit and go".(nee than ticket kekanum, appadiye vandhu utkadhuttu porre). "cant u ask ticket? What u want me to come and give u ticket. avalo periya alla?"(yen nee ticket kekka mattiya?nanthan vandhu kudukanuma? avalo periya alla?). I travelled in Trichy local govt bus. They use singular tense to address women never mind what their age is either old lady or school girl. So govt pls stop issuing this no fee tickets, so that the conductors(few) ways of connecting to women get much lesser.

I ma traveling to thirupathi to chennai at 6/09/2021 at night 8.54 pm any take the ticket the bus as stoped the near by the thiruthani at Arya's hotel the conduter and the driver eat the food and say vehical halt at 15 mins and go eat the dinner. So I orde my dinner and eat the suddenly the bus gone I try to but he goes fast. Then I am waiting till 12.00 pm in the road and standing the alone thsi the conduter searching the people on the bus. I want the proper solution for this insident or I go to file against case on the conduter and the driver. I want the justice. Then I got the another bus yo chennai I show my ticket . But the conduter said you want to get new ticket

He's being rude to all the passengers and charged a ticket for a lady. The new rule is that in TN govt bus, there won't be any charges for women/girls. We have travelled few places in Erode today and none of the govt bus charged for her except this guy...

Hi sir is there any luggage charges for luggage bags in city services, iam boarding at CMBT to Ennore on 121c at 20.00, with small well stroller of 37 cms x 2.54 cms x 55 cms size, conducter is asking luggage fare irrespective of weight, lot of people in bus carrying bags like stick bags ( kattapie) with heavy full above 7 kgs but not paying luggage fare then why I, rule is rule, rule for all.

I am residing at Govindhapuram village which is located at Thiruvidaimarudhur taluk. I am regularly facing bus Facility from Govindhapuram to aduthurai by morning. Few days ago Bus no 49A came around 8.20a.m but it's going around 8. Problem is that I am not having bus after 8 to reach Aduthurai. By 9 only I am having bus to reach Aduthurai. Either provide bus Facility or please reback the time of 49A at the same time. Kindly consider this as my request as I want to go to Mayiladuthurai after that. Since I am working at bank kindly do the needful as soon as possible
