During rainy season we are experiencing rain outside as well as inside the bus. All the parts are damaged and water is falling inside the bus on passengers seat. If the situation continues, all the passengers should open their umbrellas inside the bus as well. Necessary steps has to be taken inorder to repair the buses asap.
Many buses in chennai city is facing the same issue.
Office goers are being affected seriously due to this.
Many complaints have been raised but there is no action taken from your end.
People post their complaints here in relief of getting it solved.
But due to govt officials negligence public is suffering everyday. Though we pay for our daily movement we are given very bad quality bus.
Bus fare has been raised, but is the quality of the bus is valid compared to the fare we pay?.

I booked a ticket for 9/11/18 in a special bus and the boarding time was 8:30 I reached there by 8:15 at that time they told all special busses has been cancelled and they didn't arrange for any seats for me and they didn't give refund to me

TN58N2229 bus number I’m travel in 18/11/18 night travel many time I’m saying driver go slow no urgent but driver saying main timely reach our place sir.so pls adjust sir unsafe driving i think driver is drunk and driver so pls check driver then allow the drive the bus sir... pls accept my complaint immediately action...Thank you...

When i was travelling by tnstc ultradeluxe leaving trichy at 4 pm, the fare collected for trichy to perungalathur was Rs 270 .
When I am travelling by tnstc ultradeluxe leaving trichy at 1.45 pm, the fare collected for to perungalathir is Rs 295 ( TH 45 N 3235 ) .Why this erotic fare collection .
