Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — careless behaviour of tnstc bus conductor

I was about to catch private travel in erode at 9.20 pm today from gobichettipalayam. I was looking for pp from gobi at 8.30pm as i was little late. A non pp bus came at 8.30pm. I asked the bus conductor whether any pp bus is available to erode. He didn't even reply anything. The bus departed and went about 100 metres from bus stand l. Suddenly a pp came. I asked the conductor whether it is pp or not. He said yes the pp's wi'll come and go, what do you want?. I stopped the bus, took rs.7 ticket for 100 meters travel
From there i ran to bus stand like any thing with my luggage to catch ch the pp. The conductor knows that the pp to erode will come at that time and still didn't helped me. As a government servant, he should have helped me
This is not the first incident i have come across or seen. Whereverthe bus stand you go, if any people ask any information about bus timing bus conductor/driver both are no even ready to answer a common man, and they are getting paid the n people's money. This system has to change. If conductors/drivers are not behaviour ng good with people, proper action has to be taken against them...
