Hello sir/mam, i booked my ticket today from tirunelveli to chennai in ultra deluxe (Route no 180ud bus id-e2630) that bus got water leakage in 3 seats completely (Seat 21, 22, 2526, 19, 20) passengers are standing with losing of their sleep (Include 2 female passenger-corporation staff family). We take it in to transport manager attention through contactor, but he simply replied to claim the refund r wait for 3 hrs (At kaithar toll gate). We don't request you to provide top class service just please provide service with full fill passenger aspects.

Please don't treat this as a single man complaint,

We request you to solve the issue in all running buses with collect the feedback direct from your staff and passenger.
