Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Complaint Regarding Lost Purse on TNSTC Bus

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent incident that occurred while traveling on one of your Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) buses.
On [08/04/2024], I boarded one of your buses at [Kilambakkam, Chennai], intending to travel to my destination[Perambalur]. Unfortunately, during the course of the journey, I realized that I had misplaced my purse containing [Aadhar card, Debit card and some cash]. Despite thorough searches and inquiries, I was unable to locate it before disembarking from the bus.
Regrettably, I am unable to provide the specific bus number as I did not take note of it at the time. However, I believe the incident occurred on a bus traveling the [Chennai-tiruchirapalli] route around [3.30pm].
The loss of my purse has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. Not only have I lost valuable personal belongings, but I am also concerned about the potential misuse of any sensitive information contained within the purse.

I kindly request your assistance in locating the lost purse, if possible. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future, such as improved surveillance or lost and found procedures.
Please find attached a copy of my identification for reference. I would be grateful for any updates or assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
