    Bus no :TN01AN2388
    Staring point: banglore
    End point: Thiruvananthapuram
    Passenger departure: hosur
    Passenger end point: marthandam
    In ticket booking the time shows
    Staring hosur: 3.40 pm
    And marthandam : 3.40 am
    My departure time : 3.40 pm
    My my end point time : 8.05 am
    Late around 5hrs. Who will be the response about this delay. Don't say the mechanical problems. Because I asked the regular users. The give the same negative comments. They bribe some thing from the private bus operators. That's why they delay same time trips. I planned to put this story to social media. Because I missed my meeting. All other timing buses are on time

      Conductor Mr.Karthikeyan was very rude and misbehave with me and also very sout.

        I booked the online ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai, on 10th Mar, But this ticket was not booked and replied with Failed status, And I contacted the TNSTC helpline, they checked and said the amount would be refunded within 3-5 working days. But I have not received the amount even more than 20 working days. The details furnished below.

          நான் இன்று 02/04/2024அன்று அதிகாலை மானாமதுரை பேருந்து நிலையத்திலிருந்து பரமக்குடி மணி நகர் பேருந்து நிறுத்தம் வரை Tn 58 பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்தேன்.. நான் மட்டுமே பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில் இறங்கிய தால் கொஞ்சம் முன்னதாக இறக்கி விட ஓட்டுநரிடம் அனுமதி கேட்க சென்றேன்... அதற்கு நடத்துனர் மிக கேவலமான தரக்குறைவாக பேசினார்.. நான் ஒரு ஆசிரியர்... என்னிடம் இவ்வளவு மோசமான வார்த்தைகளை பேசும் இவர் பொது மக்களிடம் எப்படி பேசுவார்.. தயவுசெய்து இது போன்றோர ல் தான் அனைவரும் அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக ம் மீது அவப்பெயர்... இவர் மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன். மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலுக்குப்பின் இந்த பதிவு...

              I am travelling from salem to chidambaram in a government ac bus(TN40N2139) which leaves salem by 3.45 pm, the bus has too much dust and i have dust allergy, I can't stop sneezing in the whole travel, dust even keeps falling on me, please make sure to clean the buses and make it suitable for travel, atleast appoint cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of the bus

                Respected sir /madam
                I P.Rubina booked a ticket from madurai to ooty on 19/3/24 for traveling date 23/3/24. In that online ticket timing was 7.40am but the bus started at 7.20am itself.pls change the timing in online booking.because of wrong timings we were in a situation to chase the bus.we were in a loss of Rs.110 for toll amount and minimum approx 300 for diesel who will refund that amount?hereby i am attaching the invoice of the ticket and sms recieved for toll amount.kindly take necessary action against this complaint.

                  Today I am traveling the bus TN21 N2129 at 12 15 from Vellore
                  to tambaram. Both driver and conductor talking rude with passengers.they are not public servent talking with rash words.plz take this complaint about these driver and conductor

                    The date is February 26th and time was approximately 10:50 - 11:00 pm when i tried to book my bus ticket in https://www.tnstc.in/home.html website and the amount was 210 for two time so it was around 420

                        * TNSTC * PNR:T52671892, DOJ:10/03/2024, Conductor Mobile No: [protected], Vehicle No:TN01AN3384, Route No:303EUD. I lossed my purse with voter ID, ATM card, aadhar card and Rs.2000 cash in it. I realised it after getting off the bus. I called the conductor he has no response to search it. Then why we pay extra amount from fare amount. Please help me to find my purse with my cash and I'd proofs

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          My name is C. DHANALAKSHMI, I am working as a Branch Manager in Public Sector Insurance Company at Dindigul.

                          I am regular traveller in TNSTC bus from Madurai to Dindigul for past 2 years.

                          Regularly, I am travelling in 08.20 a.m Tiruppur Bus or 08.30 a.m Coimbatore AC Bus from Madurai Arapalayam Bus stand to Dindigul Bye pass.

                          Likewise, today 11/03/24, when we try to get in into the 08.30a.m Coimbatore bus TN58N2422, the conductor of bus refrained us to get into the bus, saying only passenger to Coimbatore alone is permitted to travel in that bus, ask us to take another bus and used unparliamentary words in the public.

                          Even after we explained that we are regular passenger in this bus and we will be late to office if we missed this bus., both the driver and conductor of this bus behaved very rudely on us and they let us down from the bus and used singular words in public place in Arappalayam bus stand.

                          When we ask them that is there any changes in the bus stop rules to do not permit intermediate stop passengers, they replied arrogantly, you may go anywhere and complaint to anybody else, we will not fear about anybody.

                          Sir, i am working at central govt public sector company and using public transport everyday. I am never come across this kind of arrogant and disrespectful behaviour from any driver and conductor. They not even see me as a woman passenger and used unparliamentary words in front of all passengers and not allowed me to get into the bus till last minute.
                          Finally, I need to take another bus because of this persons.

                          This situation creates me mental agony and distress, I feel like I am ill treated by your staff in front of public.

                          Hence, I humbly request you to please take necessary action against them and please make sure safely of women passengers travelling in Govt Transport .

                            Ignorance of my transaction problem.

                            I booked a ticket at tnstc on 6/3/24 i paid the amount correctly, the amount 630rs also debited from my account the next second, but the app said an error occurred, and doesn't give me any booking details. Them i contacted tnstc payment gateway through mail regarding my problem, they lethargically your amount will be refunded within 15 days. Its already been many days but the amount still not credited into my account. I later mailed them...

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that, on my bus journey, I have encountered with a conductor who behaved rudely with me and shouted at me stating, I was sitting in a seat reserved for old people. I would have happily given my seat to the old man or woman even if it's not reserved for them. As I'm not from Tamil Nadu, I'm not able to read whatever is written inside the bus. The way he talked was completely rude and not at all acceptable. Please guide the staffs on how to behave with the passengers. If I'm taking a video and post it in social media, the impact would be different. But I don't want to do that nor I don't want to come across such things again.

                                I am Reema from Coimbatore needs to file a complaint on free government bus service. After the bus service has come free for women bus staffs do not stop the buses till the women passengers get in and also do not stop when only women passengers are waiting in bus stop. Today at 11 29 Am in sitra bus stop bus number 44c didn’t stop even when we asked them to stop they just raised the speed of the bus and went also this bus doesn’t have number plate on backside. So I kindly request you to take action on this issue.

                                  Today 05.03.2024 I was waiting for my bus to reach ukkadam at 7:50 am . There is usually a bus no 3 ganapati to madukkarai coimbatore. I don't know the name of the driver as he spoke to me in a rude manner . As the bus crossed the bus stop where i was standing not only me there were other few people who were also waiting for me . He saw the people in the bus stop and crossed the stoping as if there were no one in the bus stop . After i asked my father to chase the bus and made him stop and i got into the bus it was his mistake who failed to do his job as soon i get into the bus he started yelling at me saying " i asked you by action if your coming or not " he delivered it by yelling at me "I don't know what your talking about " i replied him and again he was blabbering something about me . It was not my fault that he is not stopping the bus for a passenger and behaving in a rude manner . I request the TNSTC to take an action on him I don't want anyone to get humiliated like me

                                    Hi I traveled by red bus and Sarai Travels on 21/02/24 my alighting point was mentioned as Athur Bus Stand so I chose Avrind and while traveling they didn't pick me up at Athur Bus Stand and dropped me midway at Athur Four Lane Bypass. My sister and her husband with her five days old baby girl were standing in the middle of the road then when I contacted the private four wheeler owner it was ten kilometers to reach there from his place and 10 kilometers to pick him up from Attur bus stand and back to his residence which was 25 kilometers total costing Rs. They asked me for 1500 and I told him that I will pay him 1300 rupees and for that he said yes, then he dropped my younger sister and her baby husband at Akur bus station and left. I request them to pay me 1000 rupees against those who gave me 300. I request them to take appropriate departmental and legal action against the concerned red bus.

                                    வணக்கம் நான் சிவப்பு பேருந்தில் மற்றும் சாரை ட்ராவல்ஸ் 21/02/24 அன்று பயணம் செய்திருந்தேன் நான் இறங்கும் இடம் ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது ஆகையால் அவ்ரிந்தை தேர்வு செய்து பயணம் செய்திருந்தேன் பயணம் செய்யும் பொழுது என்னை ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் அழைத்துச் செல்லாமல் நடுவழியில் ஆத்தூர் நான்கு வழி புறவழிச் சாலையில் என்னை இறக்கி விட்டு சென்றார்கள் பிறகு எனது தங்கை மற்றும் அவரது கணவர் அவரது ஐந்து நாள் பெண் குழந்தை நடுவழியில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்தார்கள் பிறகு நான் தனியார் நான்கு சக்கரம் வாகன உரிமையாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளும் பொழுது அவர் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் இருந்து அங்கு வருவதற்கு பத்து கிலோமீட்டர் மற்றும் அவரை அழைத்து ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் விட்டு மீண்டும் அவரது இல்லத்திற்கு செல்வதற்கு 10 கிலோமீட்டர் மொத்தம் 25 கிலோமீட்டர் ஆகும் அதற்கு ரூபாய் 1500 என்னிடம் கேட்டார்கள் அதற்கு நான் அவரிடம் ரூபாய் 1300 கொடுக்கிறேன் என்று கூறினேன் அதற்காக அவர் சரி என்று வந்தார்கள் பிறகு அவர் என் தங்கை மற்றும் அவரது குழந்தை கணவரை ஆக்கூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறக்கி விட்டு சென்று விட்டார்கள் ரெட் பஸ்சில் என்னை சரியாக ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறக்கி விட்டிருந்தால் எனக்கு இந்த வீண் செலவு வந்திருக்காது ஆகையால் டெட்போசியிடம் நான் முறையிட்டேன் அவர்கள் எனக்கு 300 கொடுத்தார்கள் மீது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் தரும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் சம்மந்தப்பட்ட சிவப்பு பஸ் மீது துறை ரீதியாகவும் சட்ட ரீதியாகவும் தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

                                    வணக்கம் நான் சிவப்பு பேருந்தில் மற்றும் சாரை ட்ராவல்ஸ் 21/02/24 அன்று பயணம் செய்திருந்தேன் நான் இறங்கும் இடம் ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது ஆகையால் அவ்ரிந்தை தேர்வு செய்து பயணம் செய்திருந்தேன் பயணம் செய்யும் பொழுது என்னை ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் அழைத்துச் செல்லாமல் நடுவழியில் ஆத்தூர் நான்கு வழி புறவழிச் சாலையில் என்னை இறக்கி விட்டு சென்றார்கள் பிறகு எனது தங்கை மற்றும் அவரது கணவர் அவரது ஐந்து நாள் பெண் குழந்தை நடுவழியில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்தார்கள் பிறகு நான் தனியார் நான்கு சக்கரம் வாகன உரிமையாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளும் பொழுது அவர் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் இருந்து அங்கு வருவதற்கு பத்து கிலோமீட்டர் மற்றும் அவரை அழைத்து ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் விட்டு மீண்டும் அவரது இல்லத்திற்கு செல்வதற்கு 10 கிலோமீட்டர் மொத்தம் 25 கிலோமீட்டர் ஆகும் அதற்கு ரூபாய் 1500 என்னிடம் கேட்டார்கள் அதற்கு நான் அவரிடம் ரூபாய் 1300 கொடுக்கிறேன் என்று கூறினேன் அதற்காக அவர் சரி என்று வந்தார்கள் பிறகு அவர் என் தங்கை மற்றும் அவரது குழந்தை கணவரை ஆக்கூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறக்கி விட்டு சென்று விட்டார்கள் ரெட் பஸ்சில் என்னை சரியாக ஆத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறக்கி விட்டிருந்தால் எனக்கு இந்த வீண் செலவு வந்திருக்காது ஆகையால் டெட்போசியிடம் நான் முறையிட்டேன் அவர்கள் எனக்கு 300 கொடுத்தார்கள் மீது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் தரும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் சம்மந்தப்பட்ட சிவப்பு பஸ் மீது துறை ரீதியாகவும் சட்ட ரீதியாகவும் தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்
