[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Conductor ( spits out against me for asking change of Rs 100)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a doctorate in engineering. I was traveling in a bus routing from Tenkasi bus stand to Trichy in Tamilnadu on 26th July 2023 at 9.30pm in a BUS route from (Shenchotiah to chennai). Initially I bought ticket from Tenkasi to Madurai I gave rs 200 but the ticket amount is only 165 Rs. Then I gave rs 65 to get back my money of 100. After reaching Madurai I traveled in the same bus to Trichy I gave Rs 500. but my ticket amount was only 135 . he did not return the money .so I gave rs 35 to the conductor to get back my 400. but the conductor gave only rs 300. He told me after some time I will give rs 100. but after reaching Trichy he went to setc timekeeper and he returned after 10 min . I was waiting with my luggage to get back my money. He scolded me and spits out aginst me for asking Rs 100. Due to this incident, I left my train from trichy to tanjore . So please take severe action against him. And ticket checker pls verify with the passenger this action will be repeated if the same conductor involved in duty.I humbly request that you look into the issue and provide a permanent solution.

Respected Sir/madam I'm a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. I was traveling from Tenkasi bus stand to Trichy. I gave rs 200 for the ticket .but the ticket amount is only Rs 165. he has not given any change and left. After some time I gave rs 65 for getting my 100 back. After reaching Madurai, I decided to travel in the same bus. so i gave rs 500 for buying tickets amount of rs 135. he never returned the balance. so i decided to give rs 35 to get back my 400. but he gave only 300 after some time he said. Then after reaching trichy he went to time keeper and returned after 10 min. i was waiting with my luggage to get my 100. he then came and acted like nothing happened and spits out at me to give change of Rs 100. Due to this incident i left my train travelling from trichy to tanjore ( because of time delay.) The ticket keeper should verify with the passenger. this same conductor will be doing this for ages. So pls caught him and punish him for action. I'm sure it will happen once again.
