I am working in Sriperumbudur. My office time is 8.30 to 4 pm .
So i daily use the public transport Root number 82 C ( from Chengalpattu to Thiruvallur)
I reached everyday at 6.40 am in Chengalpattu bus stand. The bus timing is 6.50am, 7.05am and 7.30 am. ( In the mean time some private transport buses also there) .
Now a days the 82c bus comming daily in irregular time. Some times buses in the bus stand without Driver and conductor. Sometime no buses during 6.50 am to 7.30 am.
Plenty of peoples working inbetween Chengalpattu to Sriperumbudur. Every one was suffered this bus issue . Most of them working in a privet sector including me. Every day we faced lot of problems for this bus issue. Unwanted stress is also there.
So kindly take the necessary action and do the needful .

Three tickets I carried 15kg two suitcases and 7 kg bag one.i was asked to luggage charge Rs.48. where as same tnstc kumbakonam had not changed any thing..
Please inform me luggage rules and refund Rs 48
