[protected] morning 8:15am i took a ticket from Ariyalur to salem Rs120/- on 8:25am to 8:30am. TN in 45N2659 While the bus entered to Aathur bustand i realized that I missed the ticket uncertaintly. I immediately informed the bus conductor that I missed the ticket can you provide the duplicate ticket sir, he said it's not possible, i again asked sir it's a machine entered one we can get it from the machine. He said it's not possible you need to take a ticket again for Rs 46/- rupees.. Requesting you to kindly refund the Rs 46/-... Conductor not educated to give the duplicate ticket. So I made complaint here for the solution..
