Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — half ticket not providing seat

I was travelled from namakkal to chennai with my two child on (08/08/2017) bus no tn: 30 n 1364, my child age are 3 ½ and 7 ½ i asked two half ticket from conductor, he told if you get two half ticket i will provide one seat and you keep your child on lap otherwise you take two full ticket then take seat he force me to bring the two full ticket. I took two full ticket and travelled. As per the transport rule 3 yrs to 12 yrs need to get half ticket and provide seat for child. But conductor was behaved very rudely. I was got much tension while travelled.
