Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Improper maintenance of busses and indifferent reply of the depo manager

I am a daily user of tnstc Madurai cities bus route no 76 Madurai to kariapatti.The maintenance of the bus is very poor and unable to travel.The shock observer is not functioning.that leads to servere body pain..The matter conveyed the the depo manager MCB and the reply is not convincing. He said that one bus alone can be repaired daily. The indifferent attitude of the depo manager shows the poor interest of the travelers and their life.

Sir i travelled from koyambedu to walaja in route no 100bus started at 11.10from cmbt. travelled with two flower covers conductor mr. sankar prabhu told me to take luggage ticket i took he gave tickets for 95 rupees but collected 126rupees. i asked him he arguing with me i need clarification for this
