Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — luggage fare collected for mixie

I was travelling arakkonam to chittoor in bus @6.50 am. Vizhupuram depot bus. The conductor collected fare for carring mixie in the bus which is no more weight than 1kg. The conductor behavior was very bad, he used the word "ey ticket vaangu". Bus no. Tn21n1660. Why i need to pay when there is a rule to buy ticket if luggage weighs more than 30 kg.

i was traveling to Ooty from banglore..and I had my juice blender which is not even 1 kg weight . The conductor charged me 270 rupees for this Juice blender as a luggage fee.Not sure why they apply a luggage fee which is not more than a 1 kg when the actual rule is above 20 kg. I know adding a comment here won't change anything .this comment is just for the people to be aware from theft.
