[Resolved] Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Money debited but ticket not booked(Refund required)

I tried booking a bus in the TNSTC app as a guest user on 19th December 2022 from Bengaluru to Bodi. When I booked the first time, the money got deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. And i tried the second time, the ticket got booked. Requesting you to refund my money back at any cost and take necessary actions. Since I did not have the Booking reference number(OB number), I can provide you with the bank reference number if it is helpful to sort my refund issue. Please revert me back if you need any further information. waiting for your reply.

Thanks a lot team for your quick reply...no words to say how much it means to me...you're doing a great job...i appreciate a lot... I got my refund money back in my account within 24 hours time after raising consumer complaints in this site...the company have not provided any contact email/phone number as an update...just the money got credited back
