Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Poor condition of bus

I travelled in 16D bus today (12.01.2021)which goes to thuckalay, which passes through arumanai between 8.05 am to 8.15 am in the morning.it was heavily raining outside and INSIDE THE BUS.There was not even a single seat which was not getting wet by dripping of rain water inside.all the passengers were getting wet by dripping of water.In this pandemic situation where each one is to take care of themselves so as to make sure one is not getting sick, kindly look into this so that you can take measures to rectify this
