Hello,

I have booked ticket in SETC Bus on 9th jan-2022- sunday and a return ticket on 10th jan-2022- Monday.
Due to lockdown it's been cancelled as below :-

1) Your ticket is cancelled for JourneyDate:10/01/2022, Tripcode:1605OOTNAG, PNR:T34049672, Seat:12. Amount will be credited to your account/card within 15 working days.

2) Your ticket is cancelled for JourneyDate:09/01/2022, Tripcode:2045NAGOOT, PNR:T34049818, Seat:12. Amount will be credited to your account/card within 15 working days.

But till now I didn't get my refund amount yet!!

Rs. 510+510 = Rs.1020

When I try to call their customer care no body is picking up the phone call and no response !! I don't get how the person who was responsible for this is getting his government salary without doing his job !! Does he had salt to his food while eating ??

Kindly help me get my money back, please!
