On 06/10/2022 I tried to book a bus ticket from Ramanathapuram to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.575 has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

While I was booking ticket and I paid using UPI and the amount got debited from my bank account but then after that the payment page got disappeared in setc Website. I have attached the transaction receipt.
I tried to book 2 times from Nagapattinam to Vallioor but two times it will be failed amount will be debited In my account when I get my refund

On 23/01/2023, I tried to book 1 ticket from Tirunelveli to Pollachi in SETC. Amount Rs.390 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB20659000 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible
I hv tried to book ticket from chennai to karaikal for Rs. 1575. Payment was debited but the booking page was suddenly disappeared while processing ticket. Tickets were not booked and reference number also not generated. Pls help me
