Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — sms not received for the journey

I booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to coimbatore on[protected] with tnstc wide pnr number t28811341, unfortunately instead of 9.00pm have booked for 9.00am, while reservation fee collected for sms charges and havnt received any sms for my travel, because of that i lost my travel charges since as per tnstc terms cancellation is applicable within thirty minutes of travel time, though i had paid charges for sms, i haven't received any sms which cost rs 505 lost. Can you please let me know how to get back this amount
