Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket Cancellation and Refund

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vishnu Varthini. I booked tickets on[protected] travel (From Bangalore to Dindigul ). But due to some personal issue I decided to cancel my ticket before 10 days itself. But when i logged in SETC portal, My ticket is not available in Booking history and there is no option showing about cancellation. I tried calling helpdesk several times but no response. Could you please help me on refund. I request you to cancel tickets and help me to get refund. The tickets fare is Rs.1570. I expect you to take this matter as serious and do the same. Here the Bus Ticket details: Bangalore to Dindigul.
