Sir,
I am a daily commuter to mahindra world city near chengalpattu from tiruvallur. We have 82c tnsetc bus once in 30 minutes and while returning back there is no stop for 82c at mahindra world city, we need to travel to previous or next stage to catch this. I am posting this on behalf of 200+ commuters to mahindra world city from tiruvallur. Request to increase frequency 15 mins atleast during morning 6 to 8 am from tiruvallur similarly during evening 5 to 7 pm from chengalpattu. And also provide stopping at mahindra world city, so that no need to travel 3kms extra and wait 30 minutes.

Worst tnstc bus improper response for driver as wellas conductor.he dont reply any questions to the customer.its actual ttime of journeys 7.30 to 6.00am from trivandrum to trichy.conductor cant stop food even pee.worst scenario in particular tnstc bus.pls take actioncabout this.
