Dear sir, consumer :[protected], I have passed all my papers and related documents for name change in my area EB office, that JE delaying the transfer and asking for deposit amount again for name change, my father already paid the deposit 1500Rs 3years ago with his name. Now we need to transfer to my name but they didn't say they will return my father's deposit. Please advise what is the next procedure and next level contact after JE..
