Hi, My bill for this month is Rs. 1330. As per the details available in my online account I have paid excess security deposit of Rs. 1750 and as per TNEB the excess deposit can be adjusted toward the bills. I have send multiple emails to adjust the same; however I am getting response from customer service stating excess deposit cannot be adjusted towards bill. Please help Ref: Service No:[protected] SD required: Rs.1941 SD available: Rs.3691 SD Bill adjustment/Refund : Rs.1750 Excess SD is eligible for Bill adjustments/Refund based on the request of the service connection owner.The AAO/Revenue Branch, O/o.The Executive Engineer of your Division may be contacted in this regard.

complaint no action help less, regarding this service no[protected] accd amount above 18000 /- but no of time asking near EB Thandalam -sriperumbudur . office no bodys correct answer, he says Accd bill adjustment not possible, but total service after sarounted yr accd released, how will possible with out power realy feel mobile no[protected], i am try more than 1year but failure .
