[Resolved] Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — LM51 to LA1A shortfall

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received the message to pay the LM51 TO LA1A SHORTFALL amount Rs.16031 for my service number[protected] . I have paid all the amount as per bill as on today. Please let me know why i have to pay the shortfall amount, with out reason.

Hi,
We also had received similar claim to pay for my house and neighbours, that we need to pay about Rs. 23253 for the service number[protected], Rs. 21838 for consumer number[protected] and around Rs. 30000 for consumer number[protected]. Every time after updating meter reading, i get sms notifications. And For this, i didn't receive any kind of info. i found out when i was planning to pay this months bill.
I tried to find out how and why they arrived that amount with the local office, i didn't get satisfactory explanation from them. And i found out after talking to customer care billing, this issue need to be discussed only to the local EB Billing authority.

Even i received the same on this month's bill and asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 2431. I do not have any previous dues in my EB bill. I was not able to get any clarification with the EB staffs. How to get it addressed ??
