Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — No power supply in one phase

Dear Sir,
i am from Kotturpuram, Chennai and my consumer number is[protected]. There has been no supply in one phase since November 10, 2014. I was told that there is a fault in the cable because of which there is no supply in that one phase. In spite of repeated requests to address the issue and complaints to the EB Office in Kotturpuram, no action has been taken. It looks like the concerned authorities are not interested in correcting the cable fault. Evertytime, I visit this office I am asked to log a new complaint. I dont understand the rationale behind a new compliant number when the old one is not corrected or acted upon. Requesting help from the higher ups or someone with authority to address this issue at the earliest. Thanks..
