Sir am from NGO Colony, Adambakkam, Chennai_6000088. I have raise complaint regarding voltage fluctuation, low voltage and three phase current issues from yesterday night 1pm to today morning 6pm. I called nearly 5 times. But the issues not sorted out and no proper response from the customer care person (1912). Whether the number is applicable for people serving. I have seen such worst response yesterday. Kindly take necessary action

I am from palavakkam, I called them to inquire about the power cut today morning @ 7.45am. I got a really worst response from a sleepy person. He just filed a complaint and talked without any responsibility. Even after 2 hours when i checked about the complaint, they don't have any information and we were sitting without power for more than 2 hours.

Sir i am from venu gopal, tenampet, Chennai_600018. I have raise complaint full steet power current issues last 1 week from today morning 10 AM to 11.30 pm no power coming sir. I called nearly lot times. But the issues not sorted out and no proper response from the customer care person (1912 this he told rang number). Whether the number is applicable for people serving. I have seen such worst response yesterday. Kindly take necessary action. how to told them this is rang number.
There is a call center 1912 whom we can reach out to in case of Power cuts, and other issues. The response we get from the call center representatives are pathetic. They are not ready in the first instant to take complaints. Secondly, is it not there duty or job to raise a complaint and give the customer a complaint number! They don't do their basic job assigned, and keep arguing and not interested in giving the complaint number. If questioned, they casually say they have been asked not to give a complaint number ! Ridiculous! A HNI customer from Ambattur OT area. Can you please look into this.
No-3/101 sv puram -628613 this home & place is not public use or not govt resident! when wrong using govt of tamilnadu at since 1.5 years ? this property owner name is mr ramesh kumar -sv puram-628613- not any in under person this person! you understand govt of tamil nadu?

Simply waste service 1912 if we discontinue the service government will earn some amount instant of the salary of them.
Worst service 1912 there is no use in this customer care no proper response in kodungaiyur we have power cut more then 3 hour but no one responding this issue.. Be office number also not working worst service...
I am kaali from west mambalam, from 12.15 PM to 4.30 PM, I called 5 times but I didn't get any solution, only they registered the complaint... worst...
There’s no power at Karpagam Avenue R A Puram past 3 hours .Not one EB person is answering the call .It’s always fluctuating voltage and frequent power failure here .EB AE or line man or the concerned office is not attending the call .Very very bad service
20hrs power cut no response for TNEB complaint cell.. reference number 1693287..i call 3 times for every 1 hr..but current still now not available current..3 time i contact complaint cell one lady talk to me she not proper response
