My TNEB Consumer No. [protected], Our Oct 14 month bill Rs.320/-. At that payment time display only Rs.45/- only. so that I will pay Rs.45/- and balance amount Rs.275/- pay in advance amount on 7.11.14. My payment Transition No.828144 and 828278. But in December 14 Bill status shows that Oct Bill was not paid and add RC charges.
So I will pay oct bill with RC charges and Dec Bill on 10.1.15 for Rs.693/-. So i request please refund my double payment Oct bill amount with RC charges for Rs.388/- as early as possible
