My Consumer No: [protected], Consumer Name: MAGESWARI Consumer Address:Chemponkarai i have paid amount RS 610 on 11/10/2014 evening on online transitions . And also direct payed by cash Rs 610 to EB office. Two Payment is done.But by cash payment is generated but on line bill is not generated.stil now not tansfered money to my ACCOUNT

My TNEB Consumer No. [protected], Our Oct 14 month bill Rs.320/-. At that payment time display only Rs.45/- only. so that I will pay Rs.45/- and balance amount Rs.275/- pay in advance amount on 7.11.14. My payment Transition No.828144 and 828278. But in December 14 Bill status shows that Oct Bill was not paid and add RC charges.
So I will pay oct bill with RC charges and Dec Bill on 10.1.15 for Rs.693/-. So i request please refund my double payment Oct bill amount with RC charges for Rs.388/- as early as possible

My consumer number[protected] under Ramaswamy. Payment was wrongly paid to another account[protected] due to wrong code entered the amount got credited to another account, please initiate the refund.

We need new service meter. Wrongly apply in additional meter, Later told me in eb office i given later from cancellation and also for refund amount of RS 2207. Still i will not get my refund.
