Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — ponneri EB officer not responding

I am yuvarani from ponneri thiruvallur district. I called to chennai north EB head office to make my complaint about changing name in database and in white card the officers helped me by giving ponneri EB office number to register my complaint but wen I called the lady officer picked my call and hanged my call by sayin come to office she didnt even hear what my complaint is . their approach is too bad I have sent my poor mother to make complaint. Please officers at head office take neccesary steps. My mother has spent 4000 rs to change name from her fathers name before 4 months yet they didn't do also the officers they themselves has changed my grandfathers name from MARI NAIKER to HARI NAIKAR and MANI NAIKER both in database and in white card.officers of head office please help my poor mother KARPAGAM by changing line from her fathers name . please ask the ponneri officers to take step in transfering. Help my mother from being exploiting from the officers getting money and not helping her. Please officers help us. Thanking you .
