SUB : Billing Problem. Dear Sir, My Consumer no:[protected] I used to pay my EB bill through Online last 4 years before the Due date itself . And On Month 28/10/2014 unable to pay the bill within the due date 17/11/2014 due to my Personal reason since my Mother was Expired on that month . So now when i check Online status its showing SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED and but still Physically Fuse is not Disconnected and meter is working condition till now. When i have checked with Assistant engineer SULTHAN ABDUL KADHAR and he said you Need to pay the amount 3 times fine from the Due Amount for DC . Please i need clarification and Justification for this to pay the Fine Amount 20, 000 Without DC a service from their end, please help us on this to proceed further. Regards SENTHILKUMAR.C
