Tamron India selling Caera lenses invited photographers to submit photos for "TAMRON CHALLANGE 2015 online on their website . But failed to acknowledge submitted entries and inforom tha participants of having received the Contest Entries. Wherein, as a part of contest judgment they shortlisted five Metropolitan cities rather shortlisting candidates from all cities in India. Sub : Fraudulant shortlisting only for five Cities in "Tamron Challange Contest 2015"
Sir,
There is a deliberate chitting and Fraud by organizers of "Tamron Challange Contest 2015" in shortlisting of constants. The Contest organizers after receiving contest entries on-line neither notified the receipt of contest entries on-line nor acknowledged the same through the email id of the contest participants.
Further no list or record of Participants of the said Contest was made available to ensure that all of the entries submitted on-line for the said contest by contestants and received by the organizers were even taken on record.
It is supposed that the Contest entries submitted by contestants from cities other than Kolkatta, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi were willfully deleted by Contest organizers or by the juries who acted under bad influence to shortlist only five cities.
Entries were submitted by contestants from Varanasi which do not appear to be considered anywhere into the said contest. Listing or judging notification was not given by the Contest organizers of "Tamron Challange Contest 2015" through email id of the contestants.
The contest organizers were requested to disclose the list of participants whose entries were recorded to be received at their end and deleted deliberately but they kept mum.
It is surprising to find out that in absence of any rule to shortlist only five cities; irrespective of shortlisting the name of participants all over the country; what compelled the Contest Organizes to act illegally, and shortlisted five cities separately. It is illegal to shortlist Five CITIES for the Contest in question leaving behind the PARTICIPANTS and photographs on merit from cities other than the five illegally shortlisted, which is a fraudulent attempt holding a fake contest.
In this connection you parties were requested to send us details of aforesaid contest latest by 12 12 2015 evening which you willfully did not reply
(1) a copy of judging report
(2) Date and place of judging the entries.
(3) Complete list of participants whose entries were received by the Contest organizers.
(4) Information on shortlisting five metropolitan cities for consideration of "Tamron Challange Contest 2015".
(5) Reason of disqualifying other cities from the said contest.
Kindly note that in case of concealment of above information by the organizers, the Tamron contest under reference shall be considered to be fake, defrauding the contestant photographers from cities other than the five shortlisted metropolitan cities. Under the circumstances undersigned request’s you again to inform the undersigned accordingly failing which the complainant shall be left with no option except to file a writ petition in legal court raising the issues on your cost and consequences. It is surprising to find out that in absence of any rule to shortlist only five cities irrespective of shortlisting the name of participants all over the country, what compelled the Contest Organizes to act illegally, and decide the contest locally in each of the shortlisted five cities. It means Five CITIES were shortlisted for Contest leaving behind the PARTICIPANTS and photographs on merit, which is a fraudulent attempt holding a fake contest.
Since the list of participants is concealed by the organizers, the contest is considered to be fake and defrauding photographers from all over the country, under the circumstances undersigned is left with no option except to file a writ petition in legal court raising the issues.
