Dear sir/madam, I am babu a, residing at 9/272, meenakshi layout, govinda agraharam, hosur 635126 and my consumer number is [protected]. This is regarding the eb person not at all taking the readings and readings are uploaded in the system erroneously, i am getting very low bills since almost one year (Previous reading 30/01/18 6400 present reading is 28/03/18 6540 as per the tangedco record, but actual reading is on the meter is 28/03/18 11350 means 4850 units more then actual) after complaing to eb, there are telling me to pay the bill as per the new bill is going to be generated bill amount, whether whoever make the mistake, the consumer has to bare and forcing us to pay the the more amount as the slab rate varies for the higher usage, where as our monthly usage generally is 250 to 300 units.. The eb person mr. Shankar is not at all agreeing that he has done mistake, the bill amount is high and we cannot pay this as per the the eb says. Regarding this i have given written complaint to divisional je, ae, ad hosur. Please kindly let me what action can be taken.
