Tanishq — bad quality of product delivered | |||
On the 5th of may i bought a ring from tanishq which was made on order clearly mentioning it was for my engagement, 18th of may i wore the ring and it broke on the 22nd. This is just careless behaviour of the staff because we mentioned 100 times that the purpose of buying that ring was for engagement, therefore the quality should have been taken care off. On 23rd of may we went back to tanishq with the broken ring where the manager refused to take the blame and instead told me that we knew the ring was delicate and we shouldn't have bought it. Tanishq being a brand and delivering such bad quality product is just not acceptable, what's the point of paying lakhs to buy a jewellry which wont even stay for 3 days on the hand. On top of that the manager wants me to wait for another 30 days to get my ring back, do you guys even understand as to what emotions are attached to the product we buy from your store?? Or you guys are in the game just to earn money any how. This was my last buy from tanishq and i would definately tell others also about this bad experience, and would rather suggest then to buy jewellry from any local store than a brand like tanishq to get it broke in a day or two.
