[Resolved] Tanishq — color of gold turning black.

Was shocked, disappointed when a diamond necklace which was brought a month ago from Tanishq and never used, had started to change color. The reason people would buy from Tanishq is because of the trust on the brand we have. It looks more like a copper chain than gold.

What's worse? Them not replying for weeks together after submitting the gold back to them to have it tested. Like you do not care about your customers, who shell out their hard earned money to buy those little happiness for their loved ones. I was so embarrassed when my relative asked if it was road gold when shown. That's when I noticed. With all the fancy bright lights that they use in the showroom this defect was really not visible.

I'm tired of calling the office so many times. You don't stand true to any word in the tagline you use. There is no pure gold, and not getting any response is definitely not giving me any pure joy.
