[Resolved]  Tanishq — gold bracelet

I bought a gold bracelet from tanishq in february which had a defect and the screw came loose and bracelet came off in few days. I could go to tanishq only by august and tried to get it repaired but again after couple of days it came loose. Last saturday i tried to exchange it but they said making charges would not be refunded. When the product is defective exchange should be at 100% including making charges. It has been only 6 months i have bought it. Due to the loss of 8000 rs in making charges i decided to send it for repair. The store people told me to exchange it on 27th as the making charges would be less today and i would not lose as much money. When i went today they had already sent the product for repair whereas i had told them i would exchange it today. This is a bad experience with tanishq hyderabad store i had which wasted a lot of my time and energy and am not happy with the product too. After repair also i am not sure if it will hold well. I request you to kindly look into this and refund my making charges too in case the product does not hold well after repair. I have been an old customer with tanishq since 20 years. Hoping for a solution.
