[Resolved]  Tanishq — Gold harvest refund

Greetings, I am Salma. I invested in a gold harvest plan. I couldn't visit tanishq as I was in USA, but I called tanishq and infirmed them about this. They didn't mention according to some govt rules they have to close the plan and I wouldn't be able to buy gold. When I went to India visited tanishq and they said they would send a cheque to my address which never reached me. After sending hundreds of follow up mails they said address was wrong and they have got the cheque back( which is a compete lie), and asked for my bank details which I provided like almost a month ago and still they haven't sent me my hard earned money, which is a sum of Rs 34500. Technically I am eligible to buy Rs 36000 gold but since I did not arrive on the gold invest plans maturity I was compromising with a bit less. Pls suggest me what is the good way to get my money back.
