Tanishq — Manufacturing defect

Sir,
I bought a gold chain from Tanishq Agra store but that broke off just after 20 days.i went to store they kept the chain but after few days they tell it is customer fault. Where as that was not the case... It is manufacturing defect... And the chain is likely to break at one more place also. The details of purchase are
