My account no. Is pnd/11342286/2018. Scheme no. Is 10m. 1st inst. Was paid directly. 2nd inst. Was paid via tanishq app. It was acknowledged. 3rd inst. Was again paid via tanishq app. Ii was never acknowledged. Because of this lapse on your part i have unwillfully defaulted payment. And the responsibility must be borne by you. I would like to know the date of the instalment of rs. 5000.00 paid through your app. I have furnished proof of payment to tanishq pondicherry but they are simply evasive in their replies. I have also enclosed bank statement for the months of september and october for your reference.
